Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

After taking a sip of my disgusting water, I noticed that the inside of the bottom of my cup was dirty. Not even a little dirty. I'm not even sure how I didn't notice it immediately. The bottom of the inside of my cup was plastered with this brown substance, what I assume to be old dried up sweet tea. To the point that I was able to use my straw to scrape the bottom of the cup to cause brown particles to float around inside my cup and even up the straw. When the server or manager, whatever he was, came back, I pointed it out to him and asked if he'd like to take it back. He takes my cup, notices how disgustingly dirty it is, and walks away. He doesn't even apologize. He doesn't even bring me back a new water. Nothing. He acts like it didn't even happen, like it wasn't an issue whatsoever. Absolutely unacceptable! Whoever this person was that was "taking care" of us needs to just quit or be fired. The guy is not suited for customer service, ESPECIALLY in the restaurant industry.

I wish I had taken a picture of the cup before he took it back because it was THAT unbelievably disgusting.

TLDR; Disgustingly dirty cup, and terrible (nonexistent really) customer service.

P.S. Don't bother wasting your time apologizing to me about how your company fell short, and then ask me to go on your company's website to write my experience on there. I've wasted enough of my time visiting your restaurant and then having to write this review to warn people of your subpar cleanliness and lack of customer service. Not even sure how this place is...

Edit- After another visit back I can say this place is awesome. We had lunch here 2 weeks ago to celebrate my Son being out of school for the summer. When we pulled up you could hear a happy eatery with lots of voices. We ordered an extra thick pepperoni and pre-cooked bacon pizza and it was honestly the best pizza that I have ever had in my thirty plus years of enjoying Ledo pizza and I have been to the original location in Adelphi many times. My Son's order of a meat lover's calzone was picture perfect and tasted even better. Our order was on our table 10 minutes after placing our order during a very busy lunchtime (there was also a HS basketball team there that we could not see until they left). Fantastic food and even better service. We will be back again!

This is absolutely the worst Ledo’s Pizza location I have ever been to. Went in today for a cheese pizza and it was the absolute worst pizza (maybe 1 oz. of cheese) on a 14 inch pizza. When I took this up to show the manager as there were complete slices with just sauce, he said it was simply “air bubbles” and did not offer to do anything about it. Now I have eaten 1,000’s of pizza’s in my lifetime and this is the first time I have asked to see the manager due to the quality of the pie. When checking out, I let them know that this would be my last time ever sitting foot in this place again and the response was “ok”. You have been warned, this is not the quality of other Ledo’s that I have been to so when you have a craving for Ledo’s, stay away from this one.
