Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

My Ledo Pizza Eldersburg Review, the good the bad and the summary.

The Good, We went into Ledo Pizza for lunch one afternoon and ordered a taco salad, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a steak & cheese sub. The pizza had a very unique sauce like no other pizza establishment and smelled absolutely delicious. The taco salad was huge but was mostly lettuce and had no tortilla chips or black beans on it like most taco salads. The steak and cheese sub was absolutely delicious with an amble amount of contents and the bread was toasted and had a slight crunch when you took a bite.

The Bad We asked for the pizza to be well done but it was still too doughy for our liking, but this is a personal preference. The taco salad was huge but it did not have enough ground beef or cheddar cheese, it only had 4 cheery tomatoes and lacked other toppings commonly found on taco salads and taco sauce was not available as is the case with other taco salads that I have ordered.

The Summary The establishment was very clean and tidy and the owner was extremely pleasant and provided excellent service. I really enjoyed how peaceful the environment was and added positively to the dining experience. Although i was not impressed with the taco salad, the pizza was very good although not cooked enough for my personal preferences, but the steak and cheese sub was exceptional for the price ($9.99). Wow!!! So impressed with this restaurant. Don’t have the opportunity to eat here often since I am coming in from Gettysburg. However, had the great pleasure of visiting this pizzeria about a week ago with my friend. We had stopped in for lunch and wanted to sit and talk. The young man who waited on us turned out to be an excellent server that was friendly and helpful. He quickly answered all my questions and promptly took our orders. The food arrived right away and was delicious. Everything we ordered was just great all the way around. Before leaving I had a question for the manager regarding his establishment. Again, wow! Everything became quickly apparent why this restaurant is the way it is. The manager was utterly fantastic! He was very courteous, highly professional, very customer oriented, and friendly. He has a wonderful positive attitude about his restaurant, his employees, and the job that he does. This place turned out to be much more than I expected. Great place all the way around. Update 4/3/2021. I had some issues on my first visit — but Rob made it right! I recommend Ledo in Eldersburg.

They need more help — and better management. I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cheesesteaks. Then — they forgot to give me the drink I payed for — which I didn’t realize until about a mile down the road. So I called there and complained and got a nasty response from a woman that was very hard to understand. You need to speak better English if you’re going to answer the phone. Many of my car friends hang out with me right here across the parking lot and I will be sure to tell them about this.
