Very well stocked art supplies of all kinds. I had difficulty finding exactly what I needed via looking around, but the staff are knowledgeable enough to help. Deals are bountiful, make sure to check the website for discounts, as cost can add up. They have items ranging in skill and expertise, and several shelves of children oriented toys and fun. If they don't have an item in store, you can always check online, and they can have it shipped to your local store for free. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a curbside pick up order that took forever to fulfill. I went to the store to cancel it. They ended up marking it as picked up 2 days later instead of cancelling it as they said they would so I had to spend almost an hour waiting for a live chat (after I gave up waiting on the phone) to get a refund. The store told me they mark it as picked up to get it off of their records. Their written policy is that if it's not picked up in X number of days, the order is cancelled, which I assume would prompt a refund. The staff needs...
