Linda's Steak Subs — Restaurant in Maryland

Cheesesteak Combos everything no hot. Had to douse my food with ketchup; friend of mines had to add mayo to his sub. Didn't even bother to add lettuce tomato + more cheese to mines. FEW Onions not even cooked down or cut right. LIMP tasteless LIGHT colored fries. Roll not even toasted. Hardly nothing on subs WAY Less Steak, and subs are much smaller even in person. I was hungry & spent my $, was not going back out so I/we ate it. Not the same. What happened? Inflation? New Cook? Hardly no mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc on subs. They used to have these big super delish overstuffed half subs & good, CRISPY, GOLDEN fries. OK Price$ but now less food/way smaller portions too. 3 stars for the Friendly Customer Service, always very clean inside (it's a cute little Dive,) and food's extremely Inconsistent now. Lately even more Inconsistent. And I used to order 3-4X each month. Have wasted so much $ on subs with very little meat on a small fluffy greasy SubRoll + very sparse or even missing toppings, even cheese (no provolone, cheddar, American, NO CHEESE WHATSOEVER ; I have to add my own @ HOME); missing lettuce, onions & tomato when requesting Everything No Hot plse...and fries barely filled up in their very little brown paper bag. Fries sometimes limp with no color not even crispy. Not sure what happened bec my orders used to be GREAT prior to around 2022. Suppose it's just me whose been unlucky with them my last SIX or SEVEN orders. Not anymore. I've given up: There's other places. They do have some cool extras like Hershey's Ice Cream, cookies, cake & cheesecake slices that are cut not...

UPDATE: OWNER replies to each bad comment with "I'll look into the issue" yet still the bad reports keep coming! When Linda's changed management is when LINDAS fell off! Change your name it's not LINDAS of old Call it New Lindas BS! Ha!! 10% off I wouldn't eat there again if you PAID ME TOO!! Get over yourself and start actually fixing the problem besides sitting on your phone or PC typing replies to actually paying cutomers!!!

Ordered thru Doordash and didn't receive drinks or the side orders. After taken the order back, the owner gets mad at the honesty since we ordered thru door dash and they paid for refund which Linda's employees messed up.Pepper Cheese Balls not with order. Half the amount of meat on chicken casino then regular. L used to be great place but last few times weren't so this was the last chance and the lack of professionalism on the owners behalf really is what prompted...

It's pretty bad when you pay more expecting to get quality and after getting your food you feel like your better decision would've been to go across the street to McDonald's and I hate McDonald's. We went there and got 2 subs and 2 fries and a overly priced kids meal. The subs were absolutely hideous they had barely there meat and the bread was hard an cracking all over the place. The fries appeared to be cooked in dirty oil, they were cold, hard and had zero salt and pepper. The kids meal was $6 and it consisted of generic frozen chicken nuggets, a little cookie that smelled so bad my daughter was gagging. If I wasn't in a serious time crunch that day everything would've went right back. This food was horrendous and it wasn't able to be eaten. So I literally threw $28 of my hard earned money down the drain. I definitely would like...
