McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

On 12/4/22, I went here at around 11:45pm. While at drive thru, I attempted to place my order but the female Spanish lady was the most unprofessional, disrespectful employee I’ve met while at McDonald’s.

I gave her my code for $1 large french fry and had to say it twice as she was busy talking to someone in the background and totally ignoring me. So, when I said hello loudly she said, “ Go ahead with your order. I gave her the code again and she said come to the window. As I tried to tell her I want to order something else as well she totally ignored me and eventually responded and said come to the window. I, didn’t understand why I needed to come to the window and have my order taken as others where placing their orders. Not to mention, there were several cars in front of me at this point so I left.

As I decided to leave and go to another McDonald’s, I tried taking a photo of the rude female employee. When she saw me she laughed and walked away from the window and had a male employee assist the customers and never came back. She is definitely a poor representative of McDonald’s and such behavior shouldn’t be allowed or tolerated. She need to be removed from the drive thru and not allowed to interact with customers.

I, decided to go another McDonald’s on Chavez Lane and the experience was totally different. The staff from placing my order to receiving my order were professional...

I would have been happy to deliver a five star rating but the two was for the food which was excellent. As service not good at all and can use room for improvement. REASON BEING: The associate who was responsible for payment was rude and unprofessional. During our interaction I noticed her sipping something out of the straw of a McDonald's cup. As we were waiting for my food and payment. I kindly said to her. I truly do not think its healthy to be drinking on the job especially when handling food and money. She responded I was taking an order which she repeated twice. I said that doesn't excuse the problem. Its unsanitary. She rushed our service and tried to close window b4 asking if I needed anything else. Which again I kindly said please do not close door. I would like to know if you gave me salt and ketchup with attitude....HERE! And as I was slowly driving away she made an exhale comment like I got on her nerve. My true recommendation is to remind ur associates of the various health and safety protocols while working in a food services industry as well as retool in training and customer service...

This actually is a very nicely well-run McDonald's . I ordered a cup of ice and they gave it to me on the house. Only my only complaint was it was kind of teeny it was like a small child's cup of ice they gave me. I did go back in order a four-piece Chicken McNugget which came promptly..the worker asked me if I wanted barbecue sauce II said may I please have honey mustard and they gave me two of them.the staff was friendly the dining room was closed but everything was clean and the building had great AC. My my only complaint is I was not able to get on there wi-fi system for some reason and usually McDonald's has great access to their Wi-Fi. Overall I go back and I might order a sandwich I rarely go to McDonalds the only reason I go as for their Wi-Fi. This particular day was very very hot and I wanted some ice for a water that I had in my bag. Highly recommended visiting here when you're...
