Panda Express — Restaurant in Suitland

DO NOT USE this place with Doordash.

Came here from out of state, don't have a vehicle with us. We ordered food via Doordash, and they only sent half of our food. I called them and their only response was "you can come in and we can give you the food."

I told them we don't have a car...which is why we used Doordash.

She said "maybe you can complain through door dash. Or come in and get food."

I said "with what vehicle?"

So I should complain to Door dash? Because that's it's the driver's fault your people didn't read the receipt? It had the complete order on the receipt that you stapled to the bag. Someone was careless.

She said that's all that we can do. Sucks. So to the staff who didn't take the time to look before packing the bag...thanks for taking our money, but not giving...

Sadly, this location continues to disappoint. Regretfully it is the one closest to my house. I have witnessed poor food safety practices (i.e. not fully cooked chicken in contact with cooked chicken and other surfaces) without disposing of the contaminated meat--for which I had to educate the young lady who was oblivious to the problem along with inconsistent food availability.

The last straw was my most recent visit where they had no green beans for the string bean chicken, and multiple employees didn't know the difference between white and dark meat and have the audacity to argue with me, after the substitute dish had the wrong chicken in it. The food and service give Panda Express a bad name. I guess I have to reserve it for my visits to the location near Costco. Get...

Line was long because they ran out of noodles so whoever didn't want noodles can skip the line that put me more to the back 5 minutes later noodles are ready my food is ready so I asked the lady on the register can I have my food so as she was about to give it to me until the worker on the line tells her no I have to wait like everyone else so of course I got upset because they wasn't in front of me in the first place my food just sitting there while he has to chop chicken for the customer's in front of me then the manager came out talking bout calm down instead of asking me can I be helped or what's going on very unprofessional never...
