This location has been my "go to" since I was a child with my grandparents. After my experience today, I will not be back. This is a brand new remodeled store. i gave it a pass last time because it had just reopened. Since the remodel, the service has been horrible. The food has been subpar. Something needs to be done here and fast. I don't know what happened to the people that were here prior to the remodel, but they need to come back. I have no problem with the language barrier.I do have a problem with the food and the service being horrible. I literally sat in the third drive through window, waiting for my order for over twenty minutes without anyone coming to me.To tell me, it was going to be longer or it was lost or there was an issue I had to go into the store and was ignored by three employees until I stopped one of them in their tracks. They acted like they couldn't understand me and then I just handed them my receipt and they walked away and brought my food when they brought my food I left and went home and when I opened it up, almost everything was all crushed up and ice cold. Read moreFor some reason, I've had nothing but trouble at this location. Every time I try and do a mobile order even if it's before 11 p.m., they can't seem to pull it up on their computer and I get yelled at and criticize for even ordering something from a mobile order. If they don't have it working at their store, the least they should do is let the customer know before they order it, or it shouldn't go through on the website at all. What's irritating is I've done the same thing at other McDonald's and have no problem with it, so I honestly think the manager or the people there just don't feel like pulling up the mobile order and making it, because each time I sit there for 5 minutes and eventually they're able to pull it up anyway. That makes me think they are just too lazy to do it or don't want to help me out. Read moreDon’t come here at night, the night shift crew is full of rude employees. Never have a problem with the day time people but ALWAYS a problem at night. They rush you through the drive thru pretty much shoving your food out the window and don’t even say anything. I came 2 times to pick up DoorDash orders and sat there for like 5-10 minutes so I canceled it and the girl had an attitude about it. Second time, same girl got smart because she gave me the wrong order, they’re supposed to know who has what. My bf went inside tonight to get me a frappe, stood there for awhile just to get waited on and told me he witnessed an employee being rude to another fellow dasher threatening to ban him from the store all because the person spoke up about the wait time. Us dashers are on a time limit we can’t stand there and wait for you whenever you’re ready. Wish I had been inside to record it all.
