I am extremely disappointed in the service and astounded by the disrespect. My family and I stopped for dinner after a long day at the hospital and I ordered a bacon ranch salad. I always thought it was impossible to screw up a SALAD of all things. Surprise.. ITS POSSIBLE. The person taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and repeatedly interrupted while we were trying to order. I assume she was on her phone since it was 11:30 at night and there was absolutely no one else in or around the store. Absolutely NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. And on top of that the employee yelled at a 71 year old woman while telling her to wait a minute. And then proceeded to give us not only the wrong salad but gave us a salad that looked like it had been sitting around for a while and literally had no resemblance to a bacon ranch salad other than lettuce. I typically would not be so upset about an accidental switch in orders but this woman was just not doing her job was extremely lazy and was just the worst employee I have ever encountered in ANY restaurant I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I did not get a chance to catch her name but whoever was working drive through around 11:30 at night on Monday November 4, 2019 she should not be working in customer service and she needs fired because the way she speaks to customers was disgusting and extremely unnecessary. Read moreI have received poor service, poor quality of food, and poor food presentation from this restaurent. We tried complaining to the Manager. I received a Sausage Biscuit that had added Cheese and took it back telling them it was not made correctly. We then had to take the Second Sausage Biscuit that they added Cheese again.
The Manager told us that the Sausage Biscuit comes with American Cheese on it. We instructed the Manager that the Sausage Biscuit came correctly made with no Cheese.
We advised him that ONLY the Sausage McMuffin selections comes with American Cheese. The Manager on duty told me that I was incorrect, that all Breakfast Sandwiches comes with American Cheese.
I informed him that I will no longer be bringing our extremely large group of up to 50 people to their store several times a week no longer. I have never been treated so rudely by any McDonald's Staff, especially by Management.
My wife had worked at this store under the previous owners in late 1979. The Previous Owners use to have their phone number on the exit doors for customers to contact them for any matters. Read moreI’m a bartender so I get off of work pretty late and I usually drive out of my way to go to this McDonalds because it’s the only 24-hour location near me. I went last night and asked for sauce with my meal at the second window (where they hand you your food), and was told that I needed to ask when I ordered because there is now a charge for sauce. I was kind of shocked.
For starters, I was here within the last 2 weeks and there was no charge but also, there are no signs, window stickers or anything at all letting you know that there is a charge or that you need to ask for sauce while you’re ordering. I understand inflation and could justify charging for extra sauce, but when I only wanted 2 and NO other place charges for sauce, it kind of makes where to eat an easier decision.
Last complaint, I specifically asked for no pickles and the man taking my order repeated it like 3 times to me to be sure so it was almost funny…until I got home and there were pickles on my burger.
