McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Stopped by for breakfast and a horrible person took my order. She would ask to take the order but then proceed with another conversation so then she would ask me to repeat the order. This happened 3 times. The 4 time I asked her to repeat my order and she yelled at me say she did not have anything. So I gave her the simple order a 4 time. She never posteded it on the board so I could see what she had keyed in. She yelled at me a 2nd time to go to the next window.

There was a man at the window in a white shirt and I asked if he was the manager and looked like a dear in head lights. I informed him that the person taking the orders was very rude and he began to make excuses for her because she said she could not understand me. I told him sh was segueing with someone on staff and not focused on my order and he tried to give me a cup of water when I requested bottle water. Still no apology he only defended the rude associate who apparently spoke very little English.

I will not go to this location after 20 years! Being yelled at and a management caring less about it does not deserve...

I placed an order on the app, which I do all of the time. My husband went to pick up my order from the drive thru and was told that my order had been canceled due to unavailable items but they couldn’t tell us which items were unavailable. We only ordered nuggets, a chicken sandwich and fries. I did not get any notifications or emails or phone calls about my order being canceled yet my card was charged. He went in and was just told that the store was closed. He told them he went through the drive thru and the manager said he was the one that canceled the order and if we wanted to reorder he had to go through the drive thru and pay again. He then said we would be refunded in 72 hours. No attempt was made to make this right other than us having to wait for a refund. I still do not have notification of a cancellation. I will not be going to this McDonald’s again even though it is the closest one to me. Very...

Marcela is so rude! I went on a Wednesday at 10:59pm and she said “We closed!!!” and I asked what time do you close? She said 11. I then said well it’s not 11 yet I am here so you should attend me all I want is a small fry. She said no we are closed bye!!!. I have never experienced such rude customer service. Even if say I went 1 minute later at 11 on the dot she should still attend me. Now if it’s 11:01 I understand. But her attitude was completely uncalled for. I am sure I am not the only one that has complained about her. She has no professionalism and needs to learn how to talk to a customer in a decent manner without cutting them off and being rude.
