I don't expect a lot from Sonic. I got much less than I expected. I stopped by about 8:50 pm after a late night at work. I just wanted to pick up something for dinner. I pulled into one of the stalls and ordered a chicken tenders meal. After about 20 minutes of waiting, one of the servers brought me a bunch of food that belonged to another car. I noticed that all of the other cars had been served except for mine, so I pushed the red button and asked where my food was. I was told it was just coming out. The server brought out my food. I asked what took so long. He explained that they were busy snd understaffed. I didn't want to eat in the car, so I took the food and drove home. When I got there I found that I had been given the wrong food. I called Sonic and told them what had happened. The person I spoke to did not apologize, just said that they were busy. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman I spoke to repeated that they were busy and that the next time I came in they would replace my meal for free. In other words, giving me what i paid for. I explained that I couldn't eat the food I had been given and I would have to get more food or go hungry that night, so I thought that if they wanted to make it right, they should credit my credit card for the food I ordered and didn't get, and give me the free meal as well. She said she couldnt do that. I asked her for the name and number of the manager of the store. She said he was on vacation for 2 weeks. I asked for the number of the district supervisor. She said that was private information for the store only. I told her i would figure it out. After the call was ended, I called the corporate office. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just got back from my 2nd trip to this particular McDonald's this evening. I went inside to place my takeout order rather than wait in the long drive-thru line. I used the kiosk, to place my order- the new Double Big Mac value meal and a McDouble with a Coke. The kiosk was unable to take My payment method so I had to pay at the counter. I waited a reasonable amount of time, got my food and proceeded to drive home. I noticed on the ride home there was hardly any salt on my fries. Get home, 12 minutes later, and start unpacking my food, no Double Big Mac, I have 2 sandwiches, both McDoubles. So I decide to call them to possibly get a refund for the difference, but the phone just kept ringing. No one ever picked up. Soooo...I drive 12 minutes back over there, show them my receipt and tell them what happened. I ask them to remake the order. There is some discussion between workers, no apology to me. They discuss what I want, and I tell them I want them to remake my order. They repeat the two burgers to the line cooks a couple of times, and I point out I would also like another large order of fries because the originals are now 30 minutes old with no salt. I wait 10+ minutes for the 2 burgers and they hand me the bag. No fries. I remind them I wanted fries too. They yell to another worker to get my large fries, and I ask for a pack of salt too. 5+ minutes later they hand me the bag with fries and the burgers. I ask, again for a pack of salt. The young man grabs a handful of packs and drops them in the bag. I walk out to my car, look in the bag, no salt, just pepper. I drive home. Get everything out of the bag, and count the packs of pepper. There are 15 packs of pepper, no napkins and no salt. Just a reminde4, not 1 apology was given and these clowns want $20 an hour for this complete incompetence....

I told girl at window I ordered 2 large iced coffee no cream no sugar and was overcharged for coffee. Girl said I ordered the wrong coffee. I said I did not. She proceeded to tell me I should have asked for plain coffee with ice. Wow. Ok it gets betterā¦..Today I went to same establishment ordered large plain iced coffee no cream no sugar. Guy said what. I repeated myself, large plain iced coffee no cream no sugar. He went totally silent. Screen said 1 large coffee coffee and one small roasted coffee. Iām still sitting at order window. I said hello again no answer. He said can I help you. I said Iād like to order 1 large iced coffee black no cream no sugar. Silence again. I drove up to pay window and said Iām trying to order a large black iced coffee no cream no sugar. His response you ordered 1 large iced coffee and 2 small hot coffees.
