Well, when you go to McDonald's, thereâs really nothing more to expect than for it to be McDonald's, but this one in particular I despise. I went and got a frap, but it just had a bunch of plastic inside of it. As if they accidentally dropped something in the machine, at first I thought it was Ice but when I got home and strained it I learned it was plastic. Every other time that I come here I am treated with the worst customer service not only that Iâve seen multiple customers fighting with them. They always act like they own this McDonalds. My friend just wanted to get a mini McFlurry and they charged her a big one but when we complained and simply asked if we could get a small one or just two small ones they made it the end off the world when I clearly said a mini McFlurry and then the manager started saying we canât do that itâs not the same price for one big one and two small ones(mind you the difference was a few cents) so then we paid for the difference and they just gave us the big one and one small. Like please what was the point of the torture. One time I went to get a happy meal and we bought it but my little cousin just wanted an extra toy because she wanted an specific character, the woman decided to be so stingy about it and just plain out ignore me and got the whole team to that one corner and nobody was saying anything just looking at us and then the manager got out to just say âyou canât get that you have to pay for itâ so I said âokay I can just pay for the toyâ and she was like âno you have to buy the happy mealâ so I just left because we didnât want the extra food. But then again whenever Iâm at another McDonalds and Iâm with her and ask for her to get an extra toy they just give me an extra toy for free. Like why is it so hard to be a nice person. And then another time I wanted to try a McCrispy and I couldnât even eat it because the Chicken was literally raw. It just felt like I was eating rubber at first and then I checked it with my flashlight and it wasnât even cooked all the way. One time I asked specifically for two strawberry pie and I didnât get two not one either but instead they charged me for two and gave me an apple pie and I couldnât even get my refund because I was already at home which is a nice 20 minutes away. So I highly donât recommend this place just go to another McDonalds or just go down the street or up the street to any other restaurant. Route one has many of them, Iâve gotten better service from literally the Wawaâs...
Read moreThis rating is due to the one girl with colored highlights in her hair who was working night shift that very clearly had an attitude. (Full disclosure, Im black) and also I work for another mcdonalds location in the city.
First of all, The fries werent fresh nor did they even look like they were made within the last 15 minutes. They were soggy and lukewarm,
Sis threw my fries in the bag and had them spilling out the bag, My DQPC wasnt bad but the bun itself was almost rock hard like toast, which tells me they just had it sitting for a while. After throwing my bag on the counter, she proceeded to pull her phone out, hunch over the bagging area and start texting despite having people in the drive thru line.
Maybe its just because i work at a different location in the city, but this one is close to my house, so obviously im gonna go here, also its worth noting that my standards on service with mcdonalds are astronomically low and YET somehow she was still able to set the bar lower. I get you may hate your life, you might even hate who you work for, but nobody made you work there, at least take some type of pride in the service you put out. Having a snarky stuck up atittude because you have to do your job isnt the flex you think it is. I'll probably never come back here if i see her behind the counter. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in College Park. She should count herself lucky i wasnt a Secret shopper from corporate or she'd be...

Addl. Information: Don't fall for the âOpen 24 hoursâ signage, it's like the old Steven Wright joke, âNOT IN A ROW!â They stop selling burgers at about 3:30am, at 5:00am they begin serving only breakfast food! I have no idea why.
Anyway, I'm going to save your butt on this â You know what you should do?? Drive up Rt. 1 (North) less than 2 miles, and immediately after the beltway ramps â God grew a WAWA!! And, they DO serve a full menu 24/7!
Back to Ronald's... They seldom attach the lids properly to the coffee, causing me to wear it more than once. The Food here is NOT Shelf-life'd Properly. (Expired dried-up burgers go to the TRASH CAN or your McDoggieš, Ronald! NOT to the customer!²)
š[Author may be confusing "McDoggie" with "MacGruff"] ²[A previous generation (me) still clinging to their belief in this product as actual âfoodstuffâ]
Note: While he Manager DOES respond with the Appropriate amount of Shock & Horror to the hardened artifact that was once a bun, when you bring it back to the counter and complain, nothing is done to remedy the problem long-term.
(Albeit, not as bad as the McDonald's in Langley Park! You can't even get a decent SODA at the McDonald's in Langley Park! âOurs are less sweetenedâ, they insisted, when I complained about the weird weakness in the flavor of my...
