Was in the drive thru line for over 30mins with a autistic child ( if I could’ve got out of line i would have) when i get to window to pick up my food. I asked could i receive a apple pie or something for the long wait! The person at window stated the manager said its a 12 min wait on pies. Then i said can i get a cookie ice cream anything. I was with my elderly mother in law that order a sandwich and was told I had to pull into a space to get this as well. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe but got a regular quarter pounder. Drink was overflowing cup so when I put in the straw, it splattered all over my hand. Fries were old and cold. Asked for ketchup, cashier just threw some in my bag. Never got a receipt; cashier just crumpled up the receipts and threw them away so I couldn't do the survey. Poor customer service at this one.
