My first experience here was great , my second today may 20th was not ! I got a fill in and the work on the nails was just horrible I wanted sharp square and I wanted bright white, my white came out like a dirty white, she never told me I needed to soak off my other white to achieve this look, I’m very irritated I cried when I got in the car and I paid 55 for a full set and 45 for a fill in , how does that make any sense and I got a fill in a week and a half later and she said it’s because my nails were long but I literally have a short set. Some of my nails look like duck nails , I will never come back here again , my first experience was great but second no. If you are young and want a specific new age look I would not recommend! Out of convenience I have been coming here for about a year or two. Recently I found a tech that I really liked and she did my nails great. However, I started noticing her pricing was never consistent. When I would ask about the price she would become irritated. Recently I made an appointment and she mixed up the date. She called me on a day I didn’t schedule and asked me was I coming, I told her this was not the day I scheduled and she may have made a mistake, she hung up on me. When I called back to tell her I would just come in, she still got off the phone abruptly. When I arrived she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I continued with my service, paid and left. I will never go to this salon again and I suggest you don’t either. They do not value returned customers. Prices are very inconsistent and...

I got a gel polish overlay and a pedicure. When I got home and took off my shoes, I noticed the polish on my toes was smudged. Then I looked at my hands and saw that two of the nails were already chipped. I went back the next day to get them fixed, and the technician touched up the polish.

However, just two days later, the polish started chipping again. I didn’t want to be difficult, so I decided I would just pay to have the color changed because I was tired of it constantly chipping—even though it hadn’t even been four days since I got them done. They charged me $40 just to change the color. Y’all this is a update of the polish change. They must water down or acetone down their polish.
