We went to this restaurant tonight I ordered small order of steamed scallops and a cup of gumbo there was no one else in the restaurant but me and my husband we had to wait over 30 minutes for our order your young lady asked me how I wanted them seasoned when I got home I found that they were in a hot spicy sauce when I asked her for them and pepper when I called back to the store to tell them about this era not only did they refuse to replace my scallops the manager was very very unfriendly I don't recommend this place to anyone I understand why they was no one there at the main dinner hour 6:30 and I will not be going back and I am a seafood nut but I would never set foot in there again and I don't recommend it to anyone who really loves seafood my family immigrated So I called them and told them about our dissatisfaction with the meal and after he became belligerent, he said that he would refund our money because I called him about the gumbo which had absolutely not one drop of juice in it so I returned it to him the next day my husband went in with me to get his money there were two families there eating he only wanted to give us 599 back for the gumbo he wanted me to bring the scallops back after I had opened them and touched them and called him and told him about my dilemma but he only wanted to refund $5.99 got loud and belligerent again I told I asked the two families in the restaurant had they ever eaten there before and told him about our experience and he got very upset came out behind us threatened to call the police took his phone and took pictures of our car and of us as we were leaving stood there and said he had called the police this is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant and I am not...

Called my order in 15 minutes before arriving. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That’s 30 minutes total. Okay, fine. I Stood by the front to wait, and had to ask the younger adults up front to check on my order. He went back and came right out with my order. Wonder if I hadn’t asked him to check, would anyone have gone back?? In any restaurant setting, if a customer is waiting for their order, the servers should be on point about going back to the kitchen and asking for updates. I shouldn’t have to remind you to get an update for me. Then when he finally brought the food out, I checked my bag (I always do) to make sure everything was accounted for. 2 eggs were missing. The young adult looked as if he didn’t feel like addressing the issue, and kind of hesitated on what he needed to do. There wasn’t any apology or “sorry about that”. It was just “here you go”. (my boil with the 2 eggs I payed for). When you make a mistake, you apologize for it. That’s apart of customer service. And, when your dealing with customers, they should have your attention. Came to do the all you can eat seafood special. Arrived at 6:50pm. Placed order by 7:00pm. Not only did they get my order wrong once but 4 times!!! By now it’s after 8pm and my other party has only had one round of seafood that she graciously shared 3 shrimp and 2 (singular crab legs) with me. Our waiter young and nice but super inattentive and slow. After the 4th mishap I was done! The manager insist we pay for one all you can eat order at $44.99 when we clearly did not get all you can eat. I told him I would I pay what I felt was fair for the one order we shared. I offered $25 and he advised if I didn’t pay at least $30 he would ban me. So I’ve been banned. he did not care about the experience that he gave me, I came for dinner and left hungry.
