McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

This place needs to try to do a little better. Every time I order food from here I have to walk back over to get the correct items I ordered. I'm not joking about every time. It's every time I order. Once I go back over to explain what is wrong and what's missing I hear the lady in the back say she put it in my bag so practically saying I'm lying about the items missing. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered a med coke and got root beer or Dr pepper. I understand people have bad days and some places are under staffed and need help but there is no excuse for everytime I order doesn't matter If it's breakfast, lunch or dinner I always get the wrong things or have to go back because things are missing. You also have to wait 15 to 20 minutes just for a drink. I usually get a soda every day after work and I'm waiting at least 15 minutes for the soda. I do like the employees that work here. Most are very kind and try to fix my order for me witch I appreciate a lot. I know in the food business you have to be quick I also work in the food business but I would be willing to wait for the food if the order is correct. It's frustrating when you wait 20 minutes for your order and it's not even correct. This place needs shut down and replaced. This place is just terrible. I just left there and had to walk back over twice. Once for my coffee creamer and sugar they gave me a black coffee and again because my fountain coke is supposed to be coke but it is dr pepper smfh. I feel as if they don't care and just don't try...

I went to McDonalds this morning to grab breakfast in the drive thru. I ordered paid for to the window, and I'm assuming becsuse it was busy they had me pull up into the spot #1 to wait for my sandwich. A few min later a lady brings the food to my window and asks me what I ordered I told her a sausage biscuit with egg. She reads the reception and looks back st me and said do you have your receipt? I handed it to her. And she said did you mean a sausage egg biscuit. I'm thinking to myself, isnt that what I said? I said sure. She handed it to my like she was upset and walked off. I drove away and down the block I notice it's the wrong meal. I return to inside and while I'm waiting to speak to someone at front desk the lady comes up to me and says now what's wrong. I said it was the wrong meal. She looked at me walked behind the counter and said loudly I'm done I'm fuccking done. The manager hears her and says what's the problem. She said he got the wrong food apparently. The manager turns to me and says sir calm down. I said I am calm!!!!! She says obviously not with your tone! Omg i felt like I was gas lite. I wasnt even upset!!! Mistakes happen!!!! But def feel upset about the way I was talked to. Its fast food. Mistakes happen. They make it fast.... no big deal, but please be more kind when it comes to speaking to people.

I do t know if your familiar with Dundalk but Dundalk Ave resides and cuts through the "Old Dundalk" area. The food is what you would expect for a McDonald's hit and miss just like every other location your gonna get your food hot and fresh like hot fries right out the fryer and newly heated up meat patties or you get the It's been sitting there for 10 minutes version of the food or McNugget's that we're cooked 30 seconds too long we all know it. Anyway being in the heart of Old Dundalk this restaurant gets it's share of uncivilized out there kind of trashy people so the atmosphere is a little off. Other the. The foot traffic the inside of the store is well kept and up to date with the other modernized McDonald's. There are booths that are nice they have electric outlets at many seating locations, cocktail style tables and half bench half lunch room tables. The service really lacks here though. I suggest the drive through you will get your food fast without trouble, it seems to me that on the inside it takes forever for someone to take your order at the register and then the drive through gets priority over the people inside so you end up waiting a lot longer inside it's pretty annoying. I have sat inside this location many times and it always takes additional time to get the food I ordered. This is why I gave this location...
