This is by far the worst McDonaldâs and fast food place I have ever eaten at or even ordered from. I had a simple order of a bacon egg and cheese Mcgriddle and a medium coffee. The sandwich was barely warm,the coffee was so bad I had to throw it out after one sip the only thing that I asked for in my coffee with cream and sugar.when I opened up the Cup there were white particle flakes floating around in my coffee I donât know why or what it was because there was no cream or sugar in my coffee at all. not even remnants. I see all these reviews from this place that it is so good but itâs not.I decided to try it out and I was so mad that I had to throw my food out and lost six bucks. I thought something was up when the woman handed me my coffee and everybody still around staring at me. I didnât think anything of it so I just pulled off I took one sip and almost threw up. I had a problem with a messed up mobile order where the food was wrong. I immediately called asked for manager that apoligized & offers to replace the (2) meals next visit. I go back next day & differnt manager is there. I tell her how I called yesterday & they are spose to replace (2) meals my next visit. She gave me an instant attitude cauz I had a similar issue 6wks prior with food being wrong! She was the same manager I dealt with then! She instantly says Noooo u had a similar problem few months ago. I laughed & said OK AND..are u tryna say cauz I had an issue months ago theres no way u messed up again lol. On my way to work and stopped by to get my kid a drink and waited in drive through for 6 minutes before being spoken to even though I called out to the speaker multiple times. The other lane had taken 7 orders already. The girl on the intercom then got an attitude because I was looking for a response. I would rather drive an extra 10 min to the next location than return here. Once I got to the window I was ignored while the associate had a conversation with 2 other girls. I asked the name of the individual who took my order and she ignored me and closed the window. I asked twice. The name on my receipt is Sidel. At the second window they asked me what my order was and then gave me the wrong one. All in all the âquickâ drive through took 12 minutes. I hope these employees get re-trained.
