Update April 2021: Had my worst McDonald's experience ever here at this location. In summary, we stopped by to sample the spicy chicken nuggets and the visit went downhill from there. They let me place the order and pay, then when the order was prepared they informed me the spicy nuggets were not available. As that was the whole point of our visit, I indicated I did not want regular nuggets instead but I would take the rest of my order with a refund for the missing item. Ten to fifteen minutes later, the managers finally came back to the front and argued with each other about who was doing what or taking too long on break. The woman who was supposed to give me the refund went back to talking on her phone. After a while the head manager again told her to get back to work, so she went in the back doing something with the fry machine instead and muttering backtalk under her breath. Finally the head manager attempted to assist me, but as the other cashier had already wiped the order out of the system he couldn't figure out how much to refund. By this point I had already asked for a refund on the whole order, and offered to do the math for him on my phone. After giving him the total, I got cash back and finally went on my way.

To be fair, I believe the manager did want to do the right thing in the end. But he was severely handicapped by corporate systems and the workers he had to deal with. McDonald's needs to do better than this though, but probably too large to notice or care. Meanwhile, next time we have a fast food craving I'll be at one of the other competitors down the road. Average McDonald's location, nothing special about food or service. Recently rennovated, they have the new self-ordering kiosks which makes customizing your meal much easier. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a McDonald's managed by Dora, and I must say, her behavior was incredibly disappointing. I usually don't leave these reviews but this was an experience I could not let go without saying something. It's alarming to witness a manager who screams at her employees in front of customers.; she did this in front of an apparent other manager Tammy. This type of management creates a hostile environment that not only demoralizes the staff but also makes customers uncomfortable.

During my visit, I observed Dora raising her voice at one of her staff. It was clear that she was trying to instill fear rather than motivation. The girl was very young. I felt horrible. Additionally, other employees seemed anxious but seemed to be used to this manager and her volatile behavior.

Additionally, I watched after the girl left. Dora’s and her attitude toward customers was equally concerning. She was dismissive and unfriendly. She seemed to have little patience and definitely needs help with her poor communication skills.

I don't know how someone like this can be a manager and who the heck hired her to lead a team. It's crucial for managers to lead by example and create a positive atmosphere for both staff and patrons, and Dora is not exemplary of this. I hope that McDonald's management will do something about this manager and her behavior and make necessary changes to improve the work culture and customer service. As a person in Executive leadership I am appalled that someone like this can be given this much power. Please do something about this. Usually I try not to leave negative reviews, but today it was too much wrong to ignore. I went through the drive through to order my food and at first it was normal. I ordered 2 large meals, a 10 piece chicken nuggets, and a cheeseburger with only ketchup. My meals being a a double quarter pounder without cheese and a spicy McCrispy with no pickles. 30 bucks total, so not bad on price. But here is where it goes bad. The person at the checkout doesn't even look at me, and she doesn't give me a receipt before going to the next order. Okay no biggie I can let that pass. Next window, I recieve one of my drinks the wrong size and honestly I don't care that much since less soda is better for my health. Plus the guy looked a little lost like he was new. I get home and I don't have my nuggets one. Two my McCrispy I can tell they pulled the pickles off of cause I can taste the juice. Good thing I'm not allergic. HOWEVER, my spouse is allergic to cheese, whey and the lactose, the double quarterpounder with no cheese has cheese on it, and then to top it all off it doesn't have anything else on it, no ketchup or mustard or pickles on theirs. The spicy sauce of the McCrispy has something they are allergic to so they can't even eat that. Now, my spouse can't eat any of the food besides the fries. Worst McDonald's experience.
