Can't rate it any lower than a one. This location is VERY poorly run. My nephew and his friend ordered my niece a Happy Meal tonight at around 10pm. Did not get their order until roughly 10:35pm. The lobby closes at 1am. The crew locked the doors sometime before 10:30pm locking customers INSIDE. This goes against restaurant business hours policies. Aside from that, the Crew were constantly screwing up orders, one of the crew had the smell of marijuana emanating off of them, and were goofing off and not taking care of customers as they're supposed to do. I've called the restaurant to leave a complaint but the Management either left the phone off the hook, or was making a personal phone call on a business phone. The crew smelling like marijuana goes against all food safety policies. The smell lingers on that person entirely, it can get on the food or any other product in the store, whether that crew is wearing gloves or not. The whole management team and crew need to get on the ball with their customer service skills. They need to put their phones away, get off Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat etc. and start putting the customer first, and making the customer TOP PRIORITY! The professionalism, mannerisms of the staff, overall appearance of the staff, service and production speeds and procedures, the maintenance of the equipment, and overall operation of the business is in DIRE NEED of some kind of improvement. Read moreWow...! This place is a "NO STAR". This was my first time in here and my last. This restaurant is a nasty disaster. When I walked in the restaurant, the female store manager was screaming at somebody on the phone about a cookie that he didn't get in his order and he wanted a refund. The cashier, Joshua, was standing there watching me as I struggled with the ordering boarding. There is a digital ordering system inside this restaurant which seems to be quite confusing for the first time user. He did not bother to ask me if I needed help nor offer to take my order. I guess I was funny or another "ignorant customer" to him. It does not seem that the staff is willing to assist the first-time customer in the use of this digital ordering system. It's a failure of management and the chain to make the system function to take orders. The drive through line was 15 cars deep on both sides at 8:35 PM. What is going on in this restaurant...The floors inside the restaurant are a mess and unclean. There are a number of flies all around the menu signs, the interior counters, and on the drink machine. The manager went outside to address the cookie issue while the employees sat inside the restaurant snickering at the fact that she was yelling at them and has no control of the staff that is in this restaurant. The employees are sitting here goofing off inside the restaurant there are plates and trade stacked up on all the table. Read moreSo I’m literally writing this review while I’m sitting in this drive thru. When I tell you this has got to be the worst experience at any McDonald’s location of all the ones I’ve visited…and I have been to A LOT!!! All started when my mobile order was accidentally placed at this location instead of the one I usually patronize. I thought, ok. I’ll just have to drive a little further up the road to pick up the food. I get there and the double drive thru line was literally wrapped all the way around as to where no one was moving at all! I mean people actually had put their cars in park mode waiting. Then they stopped taking any orders unless you were a mobile order that had already ordered or door dash. Very unorganized, very very long winded. The goal should ALWAYS be to get the customers out of there! There are other McDonald’s in the vicinity that NEVER have that kind of of delay. I don’t know who the head manager running that one is, but they seriously NEED to do better with that location and their employees. There’s NO reason for anyone to sit in any drive thru for 30-40 minutes, whether it’s day or night, 30 minutes which is the time it literally took for me to get one sandwich, one fry and a drink. The only reason I stayed was because it was already paid for…other than that, I would’ve definitely pulled off as other were.
