My boyfriend and I are so happy with our new mattress and adjustable base!!! We went to Mattress Firm first and tested out some mattresses to see what we liked and really were just shopping around for the best price. Originally we were set on also heading to Bob's Discount Furniture, where my boyfriend got his last mattress because we loved that one and they have crazy low prices. However, we went to Mattress Warehouse first. We told the sales associate, Karl, what mattress we really liked front he other place and he showed us some similar ones that were more in our price range. He was very helpful and informative! I also love that they have a 365 day price match guarantee for the mattress you buy or one similar to it even! We really loved the one he showed us but still wanted to go to Bob's first just to check it out. His boss happened to be there so he asked him to talk to us and give us more info and see if may be he could cut us am even better deal which was awesome. I don't remember his name, but he was very pleasant also and told us about the BEDmatch gizmo they had there and told us he would not sell us any mattress without having us try that first. This thing is AMAZING!!! So basically, it's 2 twin mattresses hooked up to computers. First, you put your information in like position you normally sleep, and some health things like if you snore or have sleep apnea, or get acid reflux, or soreness when you sleep and where. If you sleep with a partner, they put their information in too. Then, one or both of you each lay on a mattress on your back for like 2 minutes while it takes readings and measures pressure levels and stuff. Then you switch to your side. Afterwards, it gives you a print out of support levels you each need, and a list of the most recommended mattresses and pillows for you, a list for your partner, and a list of which would be best for you both to sleep on together. It even tells you if you should get an adjustable bad to help with certain issues. We started with the mattress that was #1 on our list. Now it's a firm mattress and normally I'd maybe push on it with my hand first and this one I would've said "nah, not soft enough" and not even tried it. But we both laid on this mattress, and the gentleman gave us the recommended pillows to use as well, and for the first time ever, we both were pain free. My boyfriend looked at me and said he loved it and that was the one. We reluctantly tried the rest on the list as the manager suggested just to make sure or see if maybe we found one we liked that would save us some money, but truth be told, we were already sold on that one. We no longer wanted to go to Bob's or anywhere else, that was the one! The sales people there really went above and beyond for us, they even swapped the mattresses around to let us test our mattress on the adjustable base!!! They really wprled with us and made sure we were educated on everything before we made a decision. They were having a huge sale that day which was great but it was still outside of our budget so they gave us a bunch of discounts and with the sale price of the mattress and all, it was like the adjustable base was basically free. We ended up getting 2 mattress protective covers which they dropped from $150 to $100, free delivery, and they even gave us the tester pillows for free since we liked them so much and said they would just replace them with new ones. We just put new pillow covers on them and they are spectacular. We checked around online and those pillows are anywhere from $100-$300!!!! All-in-all, the service is amazing, the quality is great, I love the technology, even of you aren't ready to commit to buying a mattress yet, everyone should try the BEDmatch thing beforehand, it will really help you out and save you a lot of time! I paid $100 for a 10 year warranty on the adjustable base, and the mattress comes with a 10 year warranty. Great job everybody! We will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone! Today my shorter boxsprings were delivered and the height is perfect now! Because of the issues and how long it took to fix, I am only giving 3 stars. The sales woman Tonya and the delivery men were great and helpful and I'm thankful for their help. Everyone else I was less than thrilled. A bit of advice...try the bed before the delivery men leave, it will save a lot of hassle and headache.
I have changed this from 5 stars down to 2...because I was not given correct information regarding the return policy. I was made to understand that the mattress and bedsprings could be returned in 100 days if I wasn't satisfied. After 1 day...ONE DAY of use I realized the box springs made the bed much too high. I called the very next day to see how to return. I was told only the mattress was under the 100 days. The boxspring could not be returned because it is a health hazard. A HEALTH HAZARD, BUT THE MATTRESS ISNT??? This makes zero sense. The only option I was given was to pay a ridiculous amount of money to have them pick it up. I've sent several messages through email and Facebook messenger and not 1 person has responded. Luckily the bed is fine so I will keep that. But I will never refer anyone to this establishment.
