Went there the other day to return something that was expired on my receipt. I was not aware of the return policy, well I went in and there was this heavy set guy in the front and he refuse to take my items cause receipt was expired. He didn’t explain anything to me just said I couldn’t get store credit, or exchange. So I left and called Crofton to see if they will take it back and they said yes. So I drove there and halfway down the road I decided to call glen burnie store to speak with manager to complain and the guy said the same thing couldn’t take it back cause receipt was expired, and it sounded like the same guy that denied me the first time. So I told him well crofton said completely different and I’m going there to return. Well when I got to crofton store the lady and manager said the guy called from glen burnie told them the situation and they can’t take it back for the same reason. Well I explained my situation to the manager and I guess she felt bad for me to drive from glen burnie to crofton and she gave me a STORE CREDIT! (Just in case that a-hole manager is reading) and told me it’s the managers decision. I thanked her and went about my business. Yes glen burnie is closer to me, but I rather drive 20 mins to crofton cause I think they have better customer service.! Glen burnie is more organized but that’s cause the store has been open less than a month! 2 stars for organize store but bad customer service experience! And I hope they...
Read moreI would say I absolutely love this new location, because I love this store, but the people at this location overcharged me and every time I try to get in contact with a representative, they send me to a mailbox that is FULL! I do not live nearby, so I don't the time to be driving back and forth, so here I am writing this review so at least this does not happen to anyone else.
My husband and I visited this new location on November 10th. I bought a C11 Christmas tree ($129.99), a Christmas skirt ($39.99), three sets of lights ($75), a red tree topper ($12.99), a Chevron elf butt ($19.99) and a garland that was supposed to cost 14.99.
However, instead of charging for the garland, the lady at the register rang up the elf twice hoping I wouldn't notice.. I was in a rush, so I did not take the time to look at my receipt (which I clearly should've done), but on my way home, I pulled out the receipt to go through my purchase and that's when I realized she charged me twice for the elf from the peppermint jazz collection!
Like I said, I've tried calling their store and their 1-800 number and have gotten no answer.. buyers, beware and check your receipts VERY WELL. These people will try to overcharge you for something you are not buying. Don't wait till you leave the store to look at that receipt. Hopefully this review will help another buyer and prevent these people from doing this again.
I will not be returning to this store....
Read moreLiked coming here when they first opened, and signed up for their perks program. I was told that I would receive an email with 10% off of my next purchase, the girl that originally helped me was amazing but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name to give her the credit for it. I went in last night 11/29/19 after I got off of work to purchase a few more Christmas decorations and was upset that I still haven’t received the email with the 10% off so I had asked my cashier who’s name was Jessica and she said it should be in your email and kept repeating herself so she was absolutely no help at all. So I went back in tonight 11/30/19 and I had received the email with my coupon but every-time I clicked on it I was redirected to the stores website. I yet again said something to my cashier and she called over Jessica who was right next to her and they have my phone in their hands constantly clicking on the coupon and they see that it’s in my email but still refused to give me the 10% off my small purchase and were absolutely no help at all again. The customer service in this store sucks! Go...
