McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

I am bit disappointed in the quality of service that this location has to offer as of recently. Definitely certain times of the day to go are better than others. This evening (5/29/21 @9:35pm) was by far the worst experience I’ve had there.

The drive through was super backed up, which should have been my first sign to just leave. It took about 20mins from ordering to leaving. Unfortunately when I got to the pickup window it didn’t seem like a single care was given.

Let’s talk about these series of events that transpired: First I was given an ice tea instead of a coke. The person working the window had walked away and took her a few minutes to return. I let her know it was the wrong drink and it just seemed like it was huge inconvenience for her to get me the correct drink. Once she gave me the correct one she walked away again. After a few more minutes she came back and asked me why I was still there. I showed her my receipt and got a big eye roll. She walked off and grabbed my food, stuffing a plethora of sauces except the one I wanted. Again I had to get her attention once again to get the right one. Once I got home realized my fries were not the size I paid for.

I also love how this location keeps upping the price. Why is a large chicken nugget meal now $9.11? Definitely not worth the price when dealing with poor customer service. I do hope the owner/management sees these reviews as this location...

Y'all with the nasty reviews must have never worked in fast food business ever!!! This McDonalds on Flower Hill Way has been there forever since I first bought condo near here 1993. Try working the other side!! Ppl (I hesitate to call them customers) think they can act so rude and demand so much and treat staff like stray dogs. They are reasonably clean. I've NEVER had anyone be rude (try a little compassion out of your mouth first!) I have only gotten ONE wrong order in 25 years! Yes the majority are Spanish Speaking...so WHAT!! It's an advantage to speak both Spanish and English. So what if u can't understand them well. Don't YELL or be rude. Everyone I was polite to and said "I'm sorry I can't understand you" to, slowed down their speech apologized and tried hard as they could to be clear. The food is fast food ppl! It all depends on time of day u stop by. most times it's good, sometimes "meh". Almost never BAD. Best yet is that magical time you're so hungry, broke and desperate and order a cheap meal at McD's and get a meal that tastes like heaven. No! For heaven's sake don't eat fast food all the time! We all know it's not good for our bodies every day! Watch movie "Super SizeMe" KINDNESS IS CONTAGIOUS!...

I hate this place every time I come I have a problem one time the lady tried to give me a cup that should stuck her hand and and proceeded to put soda and when I told her I don't want that cup you just had your hand in it she was like oh no it's fine I said no it's not fine I don't want that cup she perceives to argue with me and tell me that our hands was clean I had to get out of the car and go into the store and request for a manager only for the lady to say she didn't do it and the manager didn't even look and see that she actually had there was a camera right there another time I came in there's always this one lady in the Drive-Thru that is very rude refuses to take any money she said she only does credit cards and I noticed that they moved her to the front window or she's even worse I will never spend any money at this McDonald's anymore I don't care if I'm starving I will go to another hole McDonald's 10 minutes away further out the manager does his best and tries to deal with the staff that he has but whenever they ain't he's not there they're nasty again sorry...
