Visited around 9:45 pm and they told me they were waiting on 2nd bag....2nd bag came; I pulled ahead because a car was behind me. Big mac was missing so I drove back around and waited in line.. 3 cars later,, I pulled to the 2nd window and reminded them I was just there but the big mac was missing. By the look on their face, you would have thought I'd asked for nuclear codes....I could hear them pass the news around while I waited minutes....then they had me pull forward and wait some more. Then a manager came to the window and asked, "How can I help you?", like she didn't know what was going on....I informed her, she said, "He said he put it in the bag." So she clearly knew what was going on...I have 2 bags and it isn't in there. Do you want to check? No, she replied and asked if I had my receipt..I said yes and handed it to her! She told me to wait and minutes later, a young man brought out a big mac. BEWARE of this location. Not one order has been correct, ever!!!! Most of the time, they win bc I don't want to wait in line again. But this was the 2nd time in 3 days. Ridiculous And no apology. Don't pull away trying to be courteous...check...
Read moreTwo stars since the food hasn't made us sick. The drive thru is always a hot mess. You typically get the wrong food and always cold. Today was extra entertaining yet depressing. Our experience was a mixture of a circus and peaceful protest. The first window had 3 staff members stating they haven't had a break and hate the place. Apparently their scheduler "has another thing coming" and everyone is quiting. The second window had 5 staff running in circles and yelling at each other. We were given the wrong food so handed it back, explained what we got and were met with a confused look. Tried to hand us the wrong drink 4 times despite one staff member trying to correct the other. Eventually received undercooked fries, fries just tossed in bag upside down, same wrong drink that was already discussed 4 times, and i think cheeseburgers. Honestly, not sure what it was but met our nasty fastfood fix. This location has a lot of upset employees and zero concen for organization/food prep. Looks like we will be driving 15 mins to another McDonald's for our next fastfood fix. Anyone else notice that Dena fastfood...

My last trip here was in the evening and we used the drive through. The woman on the other end of the speaker did not sound like she enjoyed her job or perhaps was having a bad night.
Next up was getting to the payment window. There the young girl was much happier; however that could be due to the giant hickey on her neck. That most likely could/should be covered if your working face to face with customers but then again it seems to be the norm at a lot of places now.
Just and odd observation is that the third window that is used in case your food isn't ready is just an odd waste of space. There are several parking spots set aside for this purpose and this particular window is actually in the entrance where customers come and go. Nothing really wrong with it, it's just and odd design.
One upgrade is that on the inside you can now order everything via a touchscreen Kiosk. Quick, simple...
