Changing my rating. I wish there were zero star because after my terrible experience with the manager. He was very defensive and rude. When my nieces and nephew came. They want hash brown. So i went there and told them I needed four. Instead they gave me one, thats fine because they were leaving anyways. I looked into my bag and there were no hash browns. I instantly drove there to show him my receipt and i have to wait 10 min for them to get my order right. He was very defensive to me and one of the employees said i didn't order hash browns. He literally showed me the receipt and said there are one. I gotten very upset that the employee lied about it firstly and secondly I been rudely spoken to my the manager
Secondly, this morning i ordered a caramel frappe, and they told me at the last minute that the machine isn't working so I have to get my money back. The worst part is that they gave me 1.13 when they should give me 4.14 from the start. This is absolutely the worst service I ever had. Starbucks has the best coffee so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never returning here ever again. He wouldn’t make it right if I hadn’t said I’d hold up the line for 5 minutes til my deal resets. I just wanted my food. Last year they took my mobile order and never brought it out to the car. It took me days to get a refund and apparently the store blocked my phone number from calling all because I wanted my money back… I tried to call instead of writing this but i still can’t get through using the posted number so either your phone is disconnected and has been for a year or you blocked my number when I was trying to get my refund for food you never brought out. I came by around midnight after work to get food and as usual there is a long line in the drive thru wrapped around the building. I decided to order curbside and ended up waiting in the spot for over 30 minutes with no one coming to my vehicle. Several other customers were upset over their locked doors. I finally ended up going back to the drive thru only to be met by a confused employee who not only gave me my order without my drink, but the burgers were old and stale already. You’d think they’d dump the food that’s been sitting for too long but i guess not. This is the first time me or others i know have an issue at this location.
