McDonald's — Restaurant in Maryland

Even though they are busy and I'm in great location always clean inside and out parking lot bathroom and dining area Plus me food preparation I've never not seen an employee complaining or unhappy or a customer complaining or unhappy . I'm not sure if they have parking spots for when you order and then bring your food out to you I'm trying to know mine is quick area is safe right next door to me state trooper station of Maryland Easley located off Interstate 95 and off Route 1 AKA Washington Boulevard on route 175 so a lot of major runways a lot of access points which makes it convenient as well to get to probably the best designs McDonald's as far as getting in and out of the parking lot the drive-thru I'm just very pleased this is the cleanest with respectful McDonald's location and employees and on Baltimore metropolitan area it is also located near motels which are inviting as well as gas stations for big rings and common cars for family traveling Etc there's also a little I guess shopping mall I would consider but more food they haven't at mail Auto near them as well as a Starbucks and Denny's and painting gas station Burger King Panda Express a organic grocery nail salon hair school and RVs a food seafood and brownies Market like the best place they need to put more restaurants in that area like Chipotle Amy even like a fine dining restaurant for those that are traveling...

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.After going to drive-through After going through drive-through $16 for breakfast I asked for A large coffee to go with my meal I Got to the window they handed me a small coffee Told me they only rang up a small not a large . I told them order a large and the manager was very disrespectful and told they had to charge me more money for their mess up. And started to yell at me. What kind of service is this? I will never be back to this location and won't suggest anyone else either McDonald's has really gone down hill.also I asked for strawberry jelly and the gave me grape. And I asked for hot sauce and they gave me none. Don't be in customer service if you can't do the job. I will not be back to that store or maybe any other. They just ruined my morning it was not the way I wanted to start my day. And also tried calling the store and know one picked up and I tried several times. And one time I called the phone was busy. So I know for a fact they heard the phone. So...

Today is 8/25/23 so for the last several weeks, I’ve been choosing this McDonald’s to stop at before I go to work. Today around 7:18am I ordered my usual #4 (not the sandwich) The Meal! I was met with a very nasty and sassy young man who said his name was Nelson, but I’m sure he’s lying. I told him I would like the #4 and he kept repeating to me the sandwich or the meal I said Sir the #4 “he said OK, but is that the sandwich or the meal? “ I said sir what is the #4 is that not the entire meal? He responds very SASSY “NOT NECESSARILY “🙄😒 like TF kinda response is that! If I only wanted the sandwich, I would’ve asked for the sandwich Alone!! see that’s where common sense comes in and context, clues that I’m sure young Nelson does not have. He needs to be removed from the headset and taking orders period! And if he doesn’t like his job, he needs to pick a different career to go in! I worked in customer service for 14 years and I wouldn’t have been able to get away with that smart...
