I tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. Although my order was not completely accurate in that they added onions that I don't eat and left out the eggs I had asked for, my friend and I agree the food was pretty good. The issue we have and the reason for the 2 stars is that the manager was VERY RUDE when I tried to get him to remove a bottle side charge they added when they charged my friend's card a 2nd time adding the bottle soda to the original charge we were given by the lady who answered the phone. We asked for one lunch Special and one meal that was not a lunch Special. I specifically asked what type of soda they had, and I decided on one bottle of soda. The lady then gave me a total which I thought included all the items I had ordered. When we received our food there was no soda. I called and spoke to the lady, and told her who I was and gave her my address and advised I DID NOT receive my soda and one of our food orders was incorrect and asked if they could bring me the soda. I told her I won't worry about getting the onions, I'll pick them out because I didn't want to wait another 45 mins for my order. The lady apologizes and said she would have the driver bring the soda as soon as he returns. I said okay and Thank you and goodbye. At that time I hung up. The lady never once said she had not charged us for the soda. Had she said that I could have decided weather I wanted add to the original charge she gave me. She didnt say anything about adding a charge for the soda YET they did charge my friends card a 2nd time for the original charge but a charge for a soda. My friend called about this and was told they would refund the original charge the lady gave us and the 2nd charge would remain. I then called to ask them to remove the 2nd charge where they added the soda to the original charge. The lady put the Manager on the phone, who was VERY RUDE and said he was going to keep the 2nd charge on the card. I told him I would call the police and need media and he said to go ahead. At which time I hung up. I plan on spreading the word about this incident and calling the BBB. It's a shame he didn't have better customer service and the way he rudely said go ahead he acted as if he got this job or if he owns it, got it on his own I've got news for you Sir, God allowed you this privilege and just as He gave it to you, keep on having the poor customer service you are providing. Read moreI tried the lunch special and it was more than any normal person should eat in one sitting. Of course, most people would get a box, but since I wasn't heading anywhere near a fridge I just devoured it all. The have Ho Fun (Chow Fun in a lot of places) and Singapore Rice Noodles, too. Those are some of my favorites so I'll be back to try them out. My only food negative was the egg drop soup. A little saltier than I prefer it.
The service was fantastic for a small place like this. Place the order at the counter and they serve the table if you are eating in. Great presentation. Too many Chinese shops have that attitude like you are bothering them. Not here.
The only negative on the place itself was the cleanliness. It wasn't a health code thing by any stretch, but why can't places pay a little more attention to this detail.

Chicken with rice soup contain 3/4 of the quart rice, 1/4 quart broth and too much sesame oil. Szechuan beef was bland with hardly a trace of beef. Moo Shu chicken had way overcooked, mushy, sweet cabbage which was a nasty conflict to a savory dish. The scarce beef quantity was hidden in a mountain of vegetables.
