This place is nothing but amazing!!!

Let me start this review by saying that I'm new to the area, my husband and I just moved from California. We found this place 3 weeks ago because we were checking out the area and being the pizza connoisseur that we are, we always love to try new spots. We called in the order and received really great customer service, the gentlemen that picked up was very polite, kind, and detailed with the menu which made it easy to decide what we wanted to get. We ordered 1 personal pizza that contained pepperoni, Italian sausage, pineapple, which was so flavorful and the perfect amount of cheese. We loved the taste of pepperoni and Italian sausage that was used and that pineapple was so good! The cheese one also was my favorite cheese pizza of all time, I loved the flavor of the cheese and sauce they use. But let's not forget that crust to that pizza was the topping to the cake, WOW, Pure Bliss, crunchy, and super flavorful!! I just also celebrated my husband's birthday and got the same pizzas with garlic knots (So good!). Also an order of cheese sticks which we also loved!

We've also tried the Philly cheese steak and calzones there was zero disappointment there! Loved it and great flavor all around.

This all sums up for me to say that this place is love at 1st bite!

I ordered the Steak & Cheese on a toasted roll, LTM, w/ onion rings. It was on a Saturday evening about 730p and was told 25 minutes to an hour, which was certainly expected and acceptable. Fortunately, I live close by to this location and was extremely surprised when my order showed up less than 15 minutes later!

I'm kind of old-fashioned and don't like to tip before the order even gets to my door so I told the person who took my order that I'd give the driver cash when the order got there. By the time I got to the door, the driver was down the steps and almost back to his car. All I could do was holler "Thank you!".

I called back to the store after dinner, explained what happened and was told the driver didn't know he would be getting a cash tip. I said he could come back by or I could come by the store on Sunday to drop it off. She suggested just adding it on the card with dinner. Duh, that made sense.

I ordered again the next Saturday with no concern about the tip. Sure enough, about 15 minutes later... knock,...

Got food poisoning!!! I'm a student at USG close to this place, decided to give it a try for lunch. Worst decision I've made in a couple of weeks, yeah it was that horrible!! I ordered the individual size (10 inches) pepperoni pizza. First of all it's too damn small to be $16 like come on now. I was not expecting it to be that small but I was willing to go ahead and like it. No I was wrong, gave it to me completely cold!! I wonder why I had to wait 15 minutes to get a cold pizza?? Next thing I get food poisoning from this (mind you that's all I ate all day and I eat pizza all the time, no issues). I had to take antibiotics for this! Don't get me started on how cold the lady (white) at the cashier was so cold to me. I asked her for a bag and she said she had no bag to offer. How rude and that's a complete lie because a friend of mine just ordered here and got a bag. (Would hate to think it was something to do with race). Definitely place needs to do better what a shame! Definitely 0/10...
