Unfortunately my experience with Agent Aja Green has been the worse experience with State Farm. My former agent retired and my policy was transferred to Agent Green. In February 2016, I spoke with Agent Green to add a vehicle/separate policy. This was the beginning of a nightmare for me and my family. Agent Green assured me that the policy would be added, a down payment would be withdrawn from an account electronically, and monthly payments will occur each month for a set amount. Agent Green also assured me that this would not effect any of the other policies on my account. In March 2016, all of the things assured were not completed and this created several problems. There was a misappropriation of funds. Overdraft fees were applied to the bank account and during all of this Agent Green NEVER contacted me in any way. I visited the office, phone calls were made, and emails were sent. Agent Green continued to allow his representatives deal (or try to deal) with the problem when he actually created the problem. Agent Green failed to provide any resolution or comfort to the customer. It is now April 2016 and I have not heard from Agent Green himself. The problem is still ongoing and the customer is being penalized for the entire situation. Agent Green deserves 5 thumbs down. I would NOT recommend working...

We moved over to his branch of State Farm many years ago and will never go anywhere else. We notice the little things like how they always answer the phone immediately and sometimes even after normal business and office hours. They always answer every question no matter how silly it may seem. The best part is you donāt just deal with the person who signs you up or your agent/broker, you actually get the whole team. Trust me, they are very personable. Everybody knows you by name and I canāt ever recall a time when they made us wait. Someone is always there to help you out. We donāt have just one policy with them. We have many family members and friends with home, auto, renters and even life insurance policies. Itās not often when you deal with big company that someone takes the personal challenge to respond to you , they understand how important it is to simply call a customer back ,I know itās advertised as everyone is same, company treats people same great way but thatās a sales pitch. Its not true most people are not what the company advertise in regards to customer service. They may do job of customer service but that donāt mean they are nice and friendly and understanding of customer service. For some itās just a job for 8 hours but not for Chabely , for her itās a personal task to reach excellence within her profession by standing out when it comes to customer relations. Sheās talked me off a ledge few times mentally with her attention to my claim , sheās made me thank God she is on this case, sheās very good at what she does for State Farm and I wish more people like her were honored...
