Perry's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maryland

I am rarely prompted to seek out a website and write a review. After a domino affect of " life "....my sister surprised me with a delivered order from your restaurant. Neither of us had ever eaten st Perry's before but I can assure you I will order in the future. She set it up to deliver by a certain time....it was right on time. The steak sub was DELICIOUS, just the right amount with amazing flavor. For lunch I warmed 2 pizza slices ( sausage/ pepperoni ). Dough was nice and soft, cheese remelted....topping still in great shape. Most pizza is awful the next day and does not warm up well at all, but I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was today. For dinner I pulled out the salad. PLENTIFUL in ingredients.....FRESH CRISPY lettuce, lunchmeat rolls of ham, Turkey, cheese, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, onion, green peppers, jalapeno peppers, cucumbers........ALL ingredients still fresh, non wilted or discolored, great flavor. I will still have salad for lunch tomorrow.

So many restaurants use sub par ingredients, skimp on portions, food is far too greasy and it doesn't bode well if reheated or saved for the next day. I highly recommend Perry's. She ordered through the Slice app, which I also downloaded today. This entire process is a hat tip to how great business and word of mouth works, which is why I sat down and took the time to compliment and share my experiences in detail. This is unacceptable. How do you not look at the food you package before you send it out?

My fiance ordered from you guys through slice.com. And this is the kids nugget meal you send out (see pics). Call to talk to the manager to show them this and explain why this is unacceptable, because someone clearly thinks it is, and first thing out the ladies mouth is, " we aren't responsible for refunds if you placed it through slice."

Nobody asked you about a refund. I asked you to take accountability for burnt ass food you KNOWINGLY sent out.

A lack of concern for a legitimate complaints shows that retaining a customer base is of no importance to you. Which is fine. But please know that when things are posted publicly it affects business when others see it. So you should probably be more cautious of how you prepare food and send it out....

Food is good but....

I placed and order and got 2 orders of mild wings for my children. My order comes comes and wings are covered in hot sauce. I call and talk to the rude girl who took my order from the start and explained these are hot wings. She said no they are mild I said no they have hot sauce on them. She proceeds to tell me they are mild and that’s what I ordered I ordered just regular mild wings. She had a very bad attitude and making it seem like it was my fault because I was SUPPOSED to know sauce came on the wings. If I would have known that I would have said plain no sauce wings. She had a very bad attitude and I’ve been going’s to Perry’s pizza for quite a while now but after today I think that will be the end of it. She had no customer service skills and I’ve worked in food service before. No apologies no nothing just handed...
