I TRUELY HATE to have to GIVE a 1-STAR RATING!FIRST I enjoy the GYRO SUBS here!I get DELIEVER as well as GO and eat in side!I CAN'T BELIEVE how the DELIEVERY DRIVE TALKED TO ME!I understand places are BUSY EXPECIAL on a WEED END.I wait OVER a d HOUR for my ORDER that didn't upset me but THAN the DRIVER PULLS UP to my RESIDENCE I open the door and he is looking at ME he turns his head and is SITTING IN THE car I thought he was looking for my ORDER,NO he was sitting there on the PHONE so after 5 MINUTES he gets out goes to the back of the car and is NOW LOOKING for my ORDER!So after he FINDS it I gave him about a $2.50 tip he then PROCEEDS to shack his HEAD and says "A two dollar tip STILL shacking his head and said ALL the way I HAD TO COME!" I usually get great salads from here but today when I placed a pickup order I received not one but two bad salads I called and ordered a chicken Caesar salad to go and my salad had wilted lettuce, old tomatoes, dry chicken and 2 different Caesar dressings as if they ran out of one and tried to replace it with a quick knockoff. When I called and talked to the manager he offered to replace it as long as I pay the delivery fee, now a $13 bad salad has turned into a $18 (fee + tip) bad salad, great, the delivery fee was $3 which I feel he should’ve comped because I already walked to his store the first time to get the first salad but he didn’t me did I still had to pay the delivery driver as if I shouldn’t have been compensated for my inconvenience I reluctantly agreed because I was hungry and to my surprise I received an exact replica of the first bad salads with bad tomatoes I hope I don’t get food poisoning from Order beware Check your food before you leave the store and don’t expect consistency in the...

I used to love Sorentos prior to Changing ownership. I live in the neighborhood and have for a very, very long time and spend a lot of money at Sorentos. Well, I tried to call today to place it to go order and I was gonna order multiple items along with my Son who’s a child was going to get a kids meal. Well apparently you can’t order kids meals to go, which is absolutely ridiculous. If you want chicken fingers, you have to order the adult meal which cost damn near double and will wind up getting thrown in the trash because he can’t eat that much ! So its n obviously a big huge waste of money. The fact that you can’t order kids meals to go is absolutely insane and shows how money hungry they are they do that so you have to order the other one which like I said cost double, well as much as I love their food, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
