They have decent pizza but their customer service is THE WORST. I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service my whole life. I know how to treat people. This evening, 5/16 at around 1020pm I called because I was VERY upset. The manager Abdullah took our order and we made sure to tell him to have the driver call when he got here because we have a loud dog who becomes very protective when someone comes to the door. We don’t want him disturbing the neighbors. The driver did not call. I’m not sure if it’s the managers or the drivers fault but someone is to blame because we made it CRYSTAL CLEAR, to call and STRESSED the reason why. So I call back to complain cause I am honestly furious. I could have been nicer on the phone sure, but people in the service industry need to be able to handle RIGHTFULLY angry people. I told the girl who answered why I was upset and she tried to blame it on ME! She said “so you’re mad because your dog barked?” NO IM NOT MAD OVER THAT YOU DIMWIT IM MAD BECAUSE WE TOLD YALL TO CALL AND YOU DIDNT! Calling when you get there is a normal request, I delivered for years. So after she blames me of course I get upset! She didn’t offer an apology or for me to talk to a manager she just blamed me and acted like a stuck up “person” who should NEVER work in customer service. Right when she heard that the driver or order taker messed up she should have apologized, not question me!!!!! I’m actually disgusted, sickened by the “customer service” from that girl! I don’t know her name because she refused to give it to me and refused to let me speak to her manager! Who does she think she is?! That is NOT how to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER! No one offered an apology or to make it right. I am sickened by this place. We will never order from here ever again. I truly hope she is disciplined or more because someone like that should NEVER work in customer service. EVER. Like I absolutely get that the reason I am upset seems trivial but when you stress it to the person taking the order and then get questioned by a worthless, horrific employee and are blamed for a mistake their company made, it’ll upset you. Honestly the ONLY reason I’m leaving a bad review is because of the way the girl treated me on the phone. We could have easily resolved this with an apology and promise to do better in the future but she decided to get an attitude with me and that’s when I will complain. Find a new job girl! I placed order #52239, at the Essex location. Two orders of twelve wings, half honey mustard, other half old bay dry rub. When I received my order, both boxes of wings were honey mustard. I called the location, spoke to a gentleman who said that he would send me wings and to keep the other order of honey mustard. After about 35 minutes, I called the location once more to inquire where my food was, was told that the location tried to contact me about my order and I had not answered (I had no calls) and that my order was not made. He was making it now and sending it to me. 25 more minutes pass. I called again, to be told the driver should be here any minute. My food finally arrived over an HOUR after my initial phone call about my order being incorrect. This is ridiculous. Myself and my mother have been ordering from this Boli's for some years now. But I will NEVER return to this location, nor order from another Pizza Boli's ever again. This was terribly dealt with, poor customer service....

I contacted the store and was left on hold multiple times waiting for the "manager" the manager comes on the phone and begins to tell me how I messed up and berate and belittle me. He continued on and I asked for his name he then continued talking and told me he didn't have to give me his name. He then hung up on me. I called back and asked the person who answered the phone for the managers name he transferred me back to the manager.who then began to belittle me again.
