If I could give ZERO stars I would. To be fair I went online with the code on my receipt asking me to rate my experience and I sent this legitimate complaint AND PIZZA HUT NEVER RESPONDED.
That's okay, I am not interested in giving my business to any Pizza Hut ever again because the pizza I ordered was just ho-hum, and not worthy of ever returning for another ho-hum "experience.
What is unfortunate is despite their attempt to get you to take their survey, obviously if you do, your opinion doesn't count or matter enough for s response
I will include what I said on my survey about my total experience from vainly trying to order online to going to the establishment and ordering from a counter guy who obviously did not want to help me and standing in a dirty lobby with a big blob of tomato puree and withered raw purple onion rings on the floor.
HERE IS WHAT I SENT TO PIZZA HUT AND THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME! On 4/12/19, I vainly tried your on-line ordering of the $5.99, 2 topping pizza but it was an exercise in futility.
I gave up after my 8th attempt that was in a word: FRUSTRATING! So I went to the carry-out store on RT. 22 in Bel Air, MD.
*The lobby was filthy. (I took pictures of a congealed blob of tomato puree {and decayed onions} that were directly in front of a chair in the waiting room.) During my wait no one attempted clean up the waiting area where customers could have easily slipped on it.
Another irritating complaint: EXTRA CHEESE IS NOT CONSIDERED A TOPPING! I HAD TO PAY $2. FOR IT WHEN THE 2 TOPPINGS I WANTED WAS PEPPERONI & EXTRA CHEESE.
Despite the fact that I was the only customer there, the employee taking my order was bored and border-line helpful and did not make it a helpful experience when I was asking about getting extra cheese as part of the $5.99 deal. He was a human robot. My overall rating is UNSATISFACTORY.

Read moreI have been ordering from this location since 1999 and it was always top notch. Last night I placed an order online for delivery of a Super Supreme and a regular cheese pizza. I'm watching the tracker and it justs keeps spinning, after 45 minutes I call to check on my order. The phone just kept ringing. The delivery driver arrives and says they won't talk to him and don't know when the order will be ready. Now I'm pisssed. The driver finally says he has the food and is on his way. Food is delivered with no problem. I open the Super Supreme and it only has pepperoni and mushrooms on it. Here's where the fun really begins. I try calling the store back and it just rings incessantly. Finally a call center in the Middle East answers and tries to connect me to the store. I finally get through and the woman who answers says she'll send a new one out. It never shows up. I call back again and tell them I want a refund and they say OK. Almost 24 hours later and still no refund. I contacted Corporate and I am waiting for a response from them, which I doubt will ever come. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else, you'll be much happier. The service at this store has been on a steadily decline for quite some time and in my opinion they should just close it if they can't provide a decent...

Don't have the opportunity to order as often as I like but last night my family was suffering in a lot of pain from all having our booster shots and decided to order out which we also never request delivery but none of us were in the condition to go out to pick up. Order placed at 6pm. Received the email that our order was expected at 6:25pm. Around 7:15 we had not received our order and the tracker still said 20-30 min wait time so we called the store just to get an idea of when to expect our order. Due to no one picking up we were disconnected 3 times. I understand short being staffed and 6pm being a busy time but I'd be less frustrated if the tracker reflected an accurate time of arrival. We finally received our order at 8:07pm, not hot and fresh and overall very disappointed. I believe pizza hut arranged for doordash to deliver due to them being short staffed. Please update your online system to reflect accurate delivery times or display a message to order through doordash if your drivers are limited. I wish I could give this pizza hut another go but their pizza is way too expensive to have to wait 2 hours for it and it not be hot in fact it looked as if it was made to be delivered by 6:30 but then sat there for 90 mins until a driver...
