I so want to give a higher rating on their food, but in all honesty I could not.

I ordered the Street Tacos which were 4 different types. They were all "good", plenty of diced Cilantro, small diced red onions etc. They were tasty but were NOT bursting with craveable flavor. I want Tacos that taste so awesome they draw me back for more & are memorable. These just did not hit that mark. Disappointing. I can make better Tacos at home in my kitchen that taste way more amazing.

Next I tried their Ground Beef Tacos, A La Carte. All they offered on them was cheese & lettuce. Thats it. Nothing else. Waaah. Dunno why these are "neglected." They did put Diced Cilantro on them at my request. They were simple but good w fresh lime juice I squeezed on them. They had a really nice amount of meat in them. I liked them the best.

The "Spanish Rice" and "Refried Beans" were very ho-hum side dishes. I will not bother with either of them again they were that bland.

The Tortilla/Nacho Chips were also quite bland. No seasoning, no salt even & were & just too plain. They were harder & thicker than other Tortilla Chips Ive had that had Lime flavoring or a bit of salt. These were dry, no salt, a tad greasy & NO FLAVOR at all. Boring and they poked my gums too much which means theyre fried too hard.

Forgettable Tortilla Chips so I wont be getting them again either. Only the first serving is free. No free refills on Chips & Salsa. I cant imagine these are a best seller there.

Overall, I liked the "poor neglected stepchild" Ground Beef Tacos best, and the popular Street Tacos were fine, just not anything memorable.

But to Strike Out so completely on 3 Biggies as Tortilla/Nacho Chips & runny Salsa, bland rubbery Refried Beans & fake-yellow colored Spanish Rice w No Saffron -- 3 mainstays of great Mexican Food -- is mind boggling.

I will go back to eating Tex Mex at my local Chilis simply bc its tastier than the "Mexican" food at...

So I gave a 3 stars because when I went the first time(I went 3 times back to back) the food and service was incredible. The barria tacos were great and elites corn. However it was so good I went back for the barria ramen this time to go order. I went in made my order and sat down to wait. When it initially came out the barria consumè they but NO BEEF unit. The guy that takes orders was so nice and made sure they placed it in the food wasn’t as great as the tacos. A few days later I went back to place a to go order. The same guy at the front wasn’t there it was an older gentleman. I made an order spent well over 50.00. This time I got the barria tacos again. First, they didn’t have drinks that were on their to go menu. When I got my food I asked could I have a lime with my barria tacos, he expressed lime only comes with street tacos and not barria. I expressed I just sat down last week and got a lime with my barria. He stated the line will be 1.00. I wasn’t going to pay for lime for a taco. So he ended giving me a lime for free. I went down the street staying on the hotel and the tacos wasn’t as good as it was when I sat down it wasn’t hot. Cheese wasn’t melted. I went 3 minutes up the road. I sat and waited once I ordered so it wasn’t sitting. So I would not do to go orders here, also I did a street taco order and it wasn’t like even though he stated lime cake with only street tacos. So definitely eat here but I can’t give 5 stars because of to go orders not...

so upon re-evaluation, I’m giving a three stars. Maybe 3.5 stars, if they stay consistent I’ll give more stars. I decided to give these guys another try and I’m so glad I did. This time I ordered the carnitas, Burrito Tapatio to be exact. They got my order correct w the various exclusions due to dietary restrictions and my food was hot! Most importantly the meat was delicious!!! So so good. Probably the only thing I’ll order from here on out, I’m confident I won’t be disappointed, even if it comes cold!

*first time * Overall disappointed. I called in a take out order at the Bel Air location. I ordered the House Special Chimichangas, I specify “house special“ because there should be two in the order as opposed one with al a cart. I asked for chicken and to exclude cheese/sour cream and beans (allergy). I wasn’t given a pick up time (I was hung up on while asking) but figured 15 minutes was standard. Perhaps this part was on me because I didn’t check my order before leaving but my food was cold! It was so cold I’m not sure it was ever hot! It wasn’t even lukewarm, just cold. They gave me beef instead of chicken and worst of all, I only for ONE chmi!! I’m pretty disappointed. I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon. The food was at least decent and I was happy they didn’t add any dairy or the beans. If I do come back I’ll definitely check my order! And would probably get something else since I was underwhelmed with the...
