If it was possible to leave negative stars I would. I have NEVER been treated as appallingly as I was in this store. After a long day of work I stopped by here to get a sub for my daughter for dinner. It was 6:50 pm, there were 2 people ahead of me. One was already being rung up. There were 3 young boys working, 2 behind the counter and one in the back. As I got in line the man ahead of me was already placing his order and shortly after the boy behind the counter asked me for mine. As he was making my sub the boy from the back came out behind me with a cart of drinks to stock. I heard him exclaim under his breath and when I turned to look at him he immediately looked away (he had been staring at my backside) he then pushed the cart to the cooler and ran back into the back room. Meanwhile the man before me was being rung up, neither of our orders had been finished yet. The drinks boy then came out behind the counter with phone in hand texting and grabbed the boy who had started making my sub. They both went into the back room together and I heard them talking excitedly. They left the boy at the register alone to finish 2 orders. Seconds later the boy who had started my order came out from the backroom with a box of chips. The chips were not in such a need to be stocked that he had to stop helping the 2 customers in line to stock them . Shortly after he came out the other boy with the drinks came out as well and I saw them both look up and stare at my backside, the boy with the chips mumbled something and I heard his coworker say "I told you so" and they both immediately hustled back into the back room and I could hear them talking and laughing. I was not amused. Meanwhile I am still waiting for the boy left behind the counter to finish my order. I had to stand there and wait trying to keep my temper under control so I could get my food and leave. The boy that finished my sub even got my veggie order wrong and I made him fix it and I even left without a veggie my daughter wanted because they had to get more from the back and I wasn't waiting any longer. I was there until 7:07pm ... 17 minutes with 1 person ahead of me and then the disrespectful treatment on top of it. I haven't ever gone here often but I can guarantee you I will not be back. Read more12-22-23 UPDATE: NOPE!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I WILL DRIVE TO ABERDEEN OR EDGEWOOD. I am the type of person to try and give more chances than you probably deserve. Went in last night and asked for the new Turkey sub, 6 inch. The girl was rude and rushing to make the sub. I asked for the fresh mozzarella to be added and rudely she says "that's extra". I said I understand and that's fine. Come to find out she was getting ready to clock out for the day, I guess hence the rushing. Then both of my credit/debit cards where declined. I had to go withdraw money from the ATM from the same acct I was trying to use.
UPDATE: STILL DOES NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR! DOES NOT HONOR APP DEALS ON THE APP OR AT STORE! THIS STORE IS IN WALKING DISTANCE AND CANT EVEN GO BECAUSE WORST PLACE EVER!
Went in on Tuesday 6-15-21. Got a Italian B.M.T. By Wednesday at 6 PM I was so sick. I went to bed about 7 PM. Woke up at 2 AM throwing up. Could not even keep water down. Was sick until 1 AM on Thursday 6-17-21. Missed a day and a half from work. Called an Emergency Doctor Service because I was afraid to leave the house. Said I had food poisoning. You will get sandwiches without meat when you order a Spicy Italian because apparently they cannot read and only put the extra selections like cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I ordered a Veggie Delight and received a phone call that they didn't know what to put on it. I responded, I want what the website states is included on a Veggie Delight, they stated they didn't know what the website said. Ok, how do you make it in the store- whatever the customer selects to put on it. Ok, then why have a name for the sub at all...lets call it the create-your-own unknown sub! Now today, they state that despite getting a confirmation email with a confirmation number stating my order will be ready in 15 minutes, even included a transaction approval code for my credit card payment that this does not mean your order is ACTUALLY CONFIRMED & PAID. My order was automatically deleted because they didn't hear the notification for my order.
