Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

1st off none of any disgusting employee had follow proper uniforms code wearing dirty night clothes and telling you what happened at this location this afternoon, Unfortunately, the tall male making our food openly coughed over top of the dish that contained our sandwich ingredients as well as the section of the food containers,

The female working with him was waiting on the person after us and at least attempted to cover her cough; however, she did so using the palm of her gloved hand and just kept on making the man’s sub without changing her glove. We walked out immediately after witnessing this. Who knows what they’re doing when customers aren’t present if they have no problem coughing all over the food and their gloved hands when customers are around. Huge disappointment and concern here. I truly hope that they weren’t management...

Whoever the store manager was on 7/21/25 around 8:20pm that was refilling the condiments with no gloves on is quite rude. I asked for a cup or literally anything to put my mayo in because I have a long drive ahead and didn't want a soggy sandwich and i couldn't risk taking it and having it soggy but he said they didn't have any cups and that's "not his problem " and i'm no longer allowed in the store. Sir it's a condiment i'm not arguing with your over mayo lol it's okay. After getting disconnected five times in placing my order the woman didn't kno how to work the phone, which was frustrating in itself, they only got 1/2 of the order correct just meatball subs BUT ASKED only for EXTRA sauce on one NOT TOASTED & they didn't get that right at all (mine was fine). The flavors were ok but called several times in the past recently & the individuals taking the orders couldn't speak English at all so we didn't place an order probably at least five times. $90 in orders just from us they lost that business!
