The first time I visited this location was about a year ago. My young son and I walked in and one of the employees walked by looked at us and kept going. Thirty seconds later he walked by again. In both passes he never said a word to us. However, this time I noticed his pants was hanging down his butt. I was turned off so we turned around and left. Thinking maybe that was a fluke, my son and I visited the place again 2 nights ago and we experienced practically the same thing. Walked in and one of the employees was looking right at us but said nothing. I started looking at the menu and when I looked up he was still looking at us but saying nothing. Feeling a bit uncomfortable I looked in another direction for someone else to help us and to my horror I see another Employee making a pizza with his pants more than half way down his butt showing off some light green boxer underwear. No customer service, no respect for the brand, no respect for the establishment, no respect for consumers, just no respect at all. This piss poor customer service and people wearing there pants half way down there butts must be tolerable to management. Read moreUtter ridiculous. I ordered on line. Was not notified that it was contracted to Door Dash. I ordered my food at 4:20 pm. Was suppose to arrive at 5:15 at the latest. Food arrived at 6:10. And my beverage was missing. The dasher said he never received it. I called the store, the shift leader said he put it out but notified the dasher didn’t grab it. He said he was so busy and didn’t have a driver. Continued to explain how overwhelmed he was but only offered for me to contact door dash to get a refund or my beverage. While I was on the phone with DD she was talking to another Pizza Hut store. That rep was incredibly rude and hung up on her. We finally got in contact with the Odenton store and the shift leader was still overwhelmed. Continuously put us on hold. Refused to confirm that the DD ticket was received because he said he was too busy. Just chaos. Never received my beverage btw. And will never return as a PH customer since I witness that they do not hire professional staff anywhere in the US and they don’t provide customer service professional development for them. Someone claiming to be the "General Manager" was slurring and all over the place with her words while on the phone. My husband stated we would be paying cash at time of delivery (We have always paid cash at delivery)She said no they do not accept cash at delivery (They Always have, we ordered 2 weeks ago Paid cash) My husband said ok never mind and hung up. THE "General manager" CALLED MY HUSBANDS PHONE BACK ARGUMENTATIVE AND ASKED FOR CREDIT CARD TO PLACE THE ORDER..MY HUSBAND HAD ALREADY SAID NEVER MIND. .That was very unprofessional. WE AGAIN declined .
I called to speak to somone else , The SAME person answered, I simply said"I am wondering do you accept cash at delivery" Her response " I TOLD YOUR HUSBAND(I never introduced myself) we do not accept cash at delivery he can come in store to pay cash"(if this is new nothing was advertised ) Also apparently They have no delivery drivers and No stores in the area that deliver accept cash .Per PIZZA HUT ODENTONS "GENERAL MANAGER" THE WORST...
