Love Rita's, so it's not the product that is 3 stars. BUT, custard is an integral part of the operation, and twice this location has had custard issues. The first time, vanilla overheated, so they only could sell chocolate. I did get to try my gelato with chocolate, which wasn't too bad actually. And the last time I went, they had no custard!
