Rita's is excellent. They have many flavor options daily that include several sugar-free ice flavors. The unfortunate thing is that it usually melts before you can finish it. When I spoke with the person serving us, she offered a second larger cup to help with the mess and serve as some extra insulation. This was very helpful for my kids and my sanity. Because of this, I left a tip, which brings me to my final thoughts. A place like this should not be asking for tips. The employees should be paid at least minimum wage.
