Bargain Furniture Warehouse — Local services in Walker Mill

Recently looking to sell several BIG quality item pieces of furniture to Bargain Furniture Warehouse. While the response turnaround was quick to my initial inquiry, Ms. Juanita was not very customer service oriented, very vague/short NOT detailed in her response and quite rude when I spoke to her live on the phone for clarification on the amount she said they would be "willing to purchase" which is unbelievable. Bargain Furniture may have been around for some years...but there needs to be some sort of consistency and reasoning behind what you all "pick and choose" to provide customers with in terms of selling price. RUDE, not responsive, and not useful.

We tried selling multiple furniture items in perfect condition and they simply stopped replying. After multiple attempts of contacting them, finally was able to talk to someone over the phone after 3 days of silence. She was extremely rude and offensive, saying they'd never pay that much (even though we made it clear that we were aware that selling to a company like this is different than selling it directly to a costumer, and we also made it clear that we wanted to NEGOTIATE prices) - and her tone was passive-aggressive, as if we were making ridiculous demands (we made none). Also, if we hadn't been able to talk to her, we would simply never have heard back from them. How can a company like this...

I love this store, way beyond a thrift shop. It has real furniture for a real bargain and the fact that they been in business for years in the same location with the same owner is a plus. I visited this store after literally 20 years and they still were quality people with quality furniture. Love it and I recommend it for anyone who loves to do restoration projects or just can't find what they are looking for on Amazon ,TJ Maxx etc. Only issue is when you see what you want GRAB IT! cause it will not there later for sure.
