Spurrier's Restaurant and Lounge has an incredible view and surroundings from both in and out. I just spent but a day there, and I had an incredible time. The surroundings were neat and there were ample parking lot. Staff were polite, professional, and helpful. They do sell snacks. A special occasion gave me the chance to visit and to explore what do they offer. You can book a reservation. Stairs and elevator are available but I prefer using my legs. You can't miss it. It's within the city, and businesses are all around. Cons: literally con artists. Tracy was super friendly. Took our order to go, had our drinks made while we waited, and made small talk. They forgot my onion rings, but that stuff happens. Paid with a 100 dollar bill. Tracy remarked she hadn't seen one in a while. Had to go to the front desk to get change. Came back with 5s and 1s and counted out a ton of bills. I realized it was short by $20 and said so. She hadn't brought back the bill for me to review and was flustered about the money. Came back with the correct change in mostly 20s and said the man that made change for her at the front desk was playing a prank on her. Thank God I realized that the change was wrong.
