I really hesitated on writing a review here. Its been about 4 days now. This Starbucks is the closet to my job, and I really try and just deal with the service because I dont feel like driving to Dobbin BUT I have started going back to Dunkin at this point. On Tuesday I arrive at the Drive Thru at about 730am , first the drive thru isnt plowed, shoveled or anything(we just had a lot of snow the night before, so granted this maybe a property owner issue) , however I ABSOLUTELY NEED MY CAFFEINE and my car is fine in the snow. I wait in the drive thru for about 2mins and then proceed to the window after I didnt get an answer. To my surprise there is a car at the window waiting for their order. I thought maybe due to the unplowed drive thru and no assistance at the intercom that maybe we should be coming inside, but when I see the car I now figure Ill have to order at the window because Ive already driven up. The young lady saw me at the window and didnt acknowledge me for a while, which of course annoyed me, because I know you see me. I saw YOU SEE ME. Dont be rude. Finally she comes to the window, the young lady very rudely asks me to "drive back around" excuse me sweetheart? No Im not driving back around. So I tell her, Im going to come inside. I dont even want the drink at this point, but every time I come to the drive thru here there is an issue. Its very unprofessional and they just talk and play too much ALL DAY LONG. There is no urgency, no system. You have staff.... they just arent organized or focused. Lack of training and lack of good management is what it displays. I walked in the store and proceeded to ask for the manager. I did this because "is this the protocol?" To be rude and unaccommodating to your paying customers and tell them to "drive back around" the drive thru due to your lack of paying attention to your camera in the drive thru. I felt it would have been more appropriate to say "My apologies, I must have missed you at the screen, I can just take your order here", rather than telling me to drive back through your drive thru that is Unplowed in weather conditions. Of course everyone in the store is wondering what happened but no need to explain because IT WAS JUST ME IN THE STORE, so that further allows me to believe that it wasnt a "we are busy" thing, just a "Im going to be rude thing". I wont be returning, I dont care if I have to go to Dunkin or Dobbin Rd but I will not be going back here and Ive explained my experience to all my coworkers in my facility to make them aware of the extended times for orders and unprofessionalism of staff. Read moreAfter multiple bad visits, I’m done with this location. I used to work at Starbucks for 10 years, so I’m patient, but this store is consistently careless. I’m never greeted or thanked, baristas are on their phones, and orders are wrong even when it’s dead slow at 6 a.m. I’ve had bad experiences here before, including being handed an extra-hot drink with a cheap lid that fell off and burned me. Since then, I’ve stuck to cold drinks—but the service hasn’t improved.
I’ve tried mobile ordering and ordering in person. No matter what, no greeting, no thank you, and no effort. Today was the last straw: my double-smoked bacon sandwich wasn’t made open-faced (so the bacon was chewy), they left out the sriracha, no one called my name, and my brown sugar shaken espresso was bitter and clearly not shaken. When I said “thank you,” the barista didn’t even look up from her phone.
You’re not the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, but you are consistently bad. When the last several reviews are this negative and customers feel the need to warn others, it’s just not worth the energy...

They also had another sign saying Curbside ordering only. Meanwhile the Starbucks app, and Google say another time this site closes. You can't order ahead either. If you're using the app. I pulled up and they where closed earlier than what the sign said.
People where inside, and there was someone was taking orders. No one came to the door. I sat in the parking lot looking for another location when all these people were pulling up. One car pulled up beside me and I told him they where closed. He then told me "I WORK AT ANOTHER STARBUCKS, THEY WILL LET ME IN". I took it as he was getting something from thatsite for his own store and vice versa. But he went in and came out with drinks. NOT STORE SUPPLIES!!
Now I'm upset. He used his "i work at Starbucks", to her in and order😒😤
