Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

The only actual store Starbucks in our little town. Drive thru is a major plus. All I get is black brewed coffee and the occasional unsweetened ice tea if it's later in the evening. They are very friendly and quick. My only complaint would be I like dark roast coffee and have been told "we stop brewing dark at" everywhere from 11am, 1pm, to even being able to get some at 3pm. I'm sure there's an actual cut off time but I've been told so many I just ask out of habit. The pour over is either perfect or super strong. Same thing I think there are just some baristas that know how and some that might not. Overall a great experience though and much better than the way understaffed on inside the Safeway. As the weirdo who actually just gets plain black coffee here, to have a store tell you they have no brewed coffee or beans was the last straw at the Safeway one. I'll come here from now on. I've heard people complain about the drive thru line, but try going to the local McDonald's or finding a parking place at 7/11 for coffee. This line is nothing compared to that and much better coffee. Even if this one wasn't home town I'd still go here. I think some people need to remember this is a coffee house and not bombard the drive thru with 6 warmed...

Received terrible service today. We came with no other cars in front of us and ordered a grande triple shot on ice with almond milk and 2 pumps of hazelnut & an egg and cheese sandwich (my boyfriend didn’t realize they had the impossible breakfast sausage sandwich until we pulled to the window) we then waited to tell them to switch the sandwich but they took a few minutes and said it may be too late to change but seemed to ask and then we received no answer. When we got the sandwich it was not the impossible sandwich but it had the impossible sticker on it. On top of that my drink had 0 almond milk and a mound of ice. At this point there was a long line behind us & we were sent off with a “here you go, we’re understaffed”. Very unsatisfied and total waste of money. Headed to Safeway to get...

Popped in this morning to grab a quick caffeine fix. I inquired at the drive thru speaker what drip coffees do you have today? Answer: we have all of them…me: hmm can you review them please? I get to the window, perky gentleman standing there hands me my coffee. Before I drive off. Oh he says and hurriedly grabs four packets of raw sugar pops them in my hand and says here I don’t know if they put your sugar in. Hmmm….? I proceed to open my cup to find it’s filled to its top. Hot coffee all over me and my car. :( He proceeded to say “have a nice day and impatiently waited for me to drive away” as I dabb the coffee off myself. I had to ask for napkins… also in the mists of things he gave me no stirrer. Lol. These kids today…. Got to love the lack of thought...
