Do you have any idea how infuriating it is to place an order ahead and them not have it done in time EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ORDER FROM HERE? and I get it.. understaffed or whatever but having to wait 10 minutes+ over the time YALL gave me is unacceptable. and the wild part is that I KNOW if I didn’t say something to the barista who by the way caught an attitude like she was the one that had to wait or was being caused to run late for work.. I would still be waiting on my drink… I also find it extremely disrespectful when I order a warmed bagel and by the time I get my drink, my bagel colder than a Christmas morning in New England.. and maybe I might just be exaggerating or whatever but I’ve been to Starbucks that are a million times busier than this one (literally ANY Starbucks by a military base) and they still manage to have orders made in a timely manner. it would probably be different if the staff had a better attitude about they screw ups but they don’t.. the majority is rude and never apologize and I’m over it.. I’ve been too loyal of a customer to this company to feel this disrespected by a store. if I could rate this location less than one star TRUST ME .. I would. & if the target Starbucks was open at 6am.. I would just go there but...
Read moreMy impression from visiting this Starbucks on many occasions now is that they typically prioritize orders from the drive thru and not mobile orders or orders taken at the cashier. I’ve tried to do place an order a number of different ways over months for trial and error and even though the drive thru line is horrendously long, you end up waiting less time in their drive thru line than you would for a mobile order or an order placed at the cash register. Of course, there are a handful of times, the mobile order and cash register surprisingly worked out a little quicker, but not always. Yesterday, my husband and I put in a mobile order at the same exact time and our orders said they would be ready at the same exact time. Mine came out 10 minutes past the time and his 1st drink came out 20 minutes past the time, finally we had to ask the cash register about the 2nd drink and they had to go looking for the sticker and it was stuck to a machine that no one was even working on… which is not the first time this has happened. Not really sure how their ordering system works, but could use some kind of adjustment because you can tell people in store are really frustrated as they’ve been waiting +25 minutes...

In all honesty from my experience this seems just like a normal Starbucks when it comes to the wait times. It didn't occur to me that this was even an issue until I came on here to post a review. In my opinion, this Starbucks is one of the best in the area. I have ordered from the other in store Starbucks ( Target, Safeway) here in Crofton and have been highly disappointed. I will take a little busy with better quality service and product. I came on here to leave a review because today was exceptionally long for the drive-thru. I should expected that for a triple rewards star day. I had to go through this line twice and felt so bad for the employees. The person who took my order his name was Andy, and I will say that he was nice and had patience with me while I was placing my order for multiple people, and I even apologize because I knew how busy they were. Andy reassured me that it was totally fine and I was able to get my orders in without feeling rushed or I was problem. This is why I go to the Starbucks. I will wait in a line for exceptional customer service, plus my drinks were amazing...
