Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I ordered 4 drinks and 3 sandwiches. Two out of 3 sandwich bags split at the bottom (you could see the glue line so it was a defective box of bags). I asked for the one sandwich that fell on the floor to be replaced and was told that once the food is in my possession it’s my problem....I eat at Starbucks a few times a week and I always order a spinach and feta wrap. I have NEVER had a bag split out the bottom , let alone TWO split!!!
I am soooo disappointed in the level of just absolute inability to listen or care or replace my ruined sandwich! By the way, I’m traveling on a 9 hour trip and turned back around to get my sandwich replaced! Horrible! I hope next time one of those defective bags splits and drops a hot sandwich in someone’s lap and you all get sued!
Unfortunately, this has ruined it for all Starbucks and I won’t ever eat there again. I refuse to spend money at an establishment that won’t replace a $4 sandwich (which I placed a $40 order) or throw out their defective product for other customers’ safety! Absolutely awful!
UPDATE: I called the corporate office of Starbucks and they gave me a $25 credit on my gift card. They also were going to let the manager of the store know about the situation. I hope this changes the behavior of the staff at this...

But, the reason it does not have 5 stars is because an older white woman who claimed shes been working with starbucks for 10 years was arguing with my mom about a drink not being on the menu... my mom kindly looked up the drink online and the older white woman proceeded to deny the fact that it was even a drink. Which I'm honestly concerned that someone with that much experience doesn’t know there own menu. We’ve been getting the same drink at the sane location for months now, so this was obviously a shock to us. My mom approached the window and showed both the lady and cashier the menu and the older woman still denied that it was a drink... she claimed it was “an only online drink” which doesn’t make sense. We love this location and its workers! But the older white lady with the “10 years experience” was oddly argumentative and didn't want to check with other coworkers just incase she made a simple mistake. Since shes been there for 10 years, we understand she can forget the menu changes. A simple review of the updated menu would solve her problems for...
Read moreI order from this Starbucks drive thru on a regular basis because it’s the closest one least out of my way when I’m going to work. I consistently have had problems with ordering drinks at this location for some reason. Either the person taking my order misunderstands what I’m asking for and puts it in incorrectly or the drink is made incorrectly. Every time I point out that the drink isn’t the one I asked for I get argued with to the point I just don’t bother now and leave with whatever mistake they’ve made.
I understand mornings are busy but it never hurts to just confirm. I don’t always pay attention to the screen early in the mornings and they only just recently fixed it because it was broken for a while. So if they feel like they didn’t hear correctly it would be nice if they just admitted it. I’d rather repeat my drink order to make sure they heard it then to get something incorrect.
There are some morning shifts that are absolutely lovely and wonderful staff. Sadly that doesn’t help for the mornings...
