Having nothing to do with the service, I do not like this Starbucks at all and I’ve given that many chances based on the building and what they’ve done with the space. It’s so confusing to try to get in there first of all I turned into the shopping center and went all around. Ended up at the McDonald’s parking lot and there was no way to enter the Starbucks unless you get back on the main road and enter through busy Randolph right before major intersection. Once you do make the turn, the layout is just horrible with concrete everywhere directing you in very narrow lanes. If you are going just for drive-through, it’s OK but if you want to park and go inside, not so much. I had to go through a concrete obstacle course just to find the parking on the other side and when exiting, space for car to exit is so narrow. If you are looking for a bright Starbucks to do some computer while enjoying your coffee and a window with view of passer Byers outside or just some light, do not come here. This was the darkest most depressing Starbucks ever. Not sure why they decided to turn the bank into a Starbucks but it’s so bland- dark space inside with little light coming in and the decor needs help. I could most definitely make this place more homey and welcoming/comfortable inside. With the weather getting nice, I am always looking for a Starbucks with a cute outdoor chill area to work on your computer for a bit while sippin. Fail again.. I almost feel like the tables to sit should be on the parking lot side. There is a small space with some tables right off the main road right in the corner the cars turn in off main road- Nothing about the space makes you wanna sit there let alone for a while and do some work on a nice day. I just feel this Starbucks needs a lot of improvement and I see the improvements in my head but whoever executed the final result just didn’t come through. Oh, and I took a couple of my friends here and they all agreed, and did not want to stay inside at all with the gloomy and dark setting and the outside seating area was just not doing it as a tiny space crammed by the main road, and no, there is no...
Read moreVery convenient Starbucks. I love the drive through. The place is nice and clean. The atmosphere is great and lively. The only thing I don't like about this Starbucks is that they are slow making your drink. It takes too long even when I ordered 10 minutes earlier. You have to ask them to make you drink. It is so annoying that they make you wait. I expect better service than having to wait 10 mins for my drink. The baristas act like you are the one bothering them for asking for your order. Very bad service. There was one time that I had to wait 30 minutes for my drink that I ordered 20 minutes earlier. They tend to put the drinks behind the counter where you can't see it so you don't know if your drink is ready. When I got my drink back the ice was all melted and they didn't even remake it. I am very disappointed in the service of...
Read moreI love this shop for many reasons. It's actually within walking distance of where I'm living right now, awesome! Especially since I don't have a car at the moment! Even more important, it didn't take long for the staff to recognize me as a regular. Everytime I walk in I don't get 5 steps inside before I hear, "hi Lesley or Ms Lesley"! So welcoming! I have several favorite drinks & food items. They are always wonderful! I love being able to earn bonus stars for items they know I buy regularly, it shows me they respect my choices and want me to benefit, because a happy customer is a repeat customer. It's a beneficial relationship for both of us! The only reason I give 4 stars is because I like to leave a little room for improvement! We are all human, so not perfect! But it's close! I say you can't go wrong here, give this...
