I just came from this Subway in Montgomery Village, and I'll never go back. The customer service was god-awful atrocious. When I came into the restaurant at 8:25PM, Patty gave a hard sigh to indicate she didn't want any more customers. When I told her my order, she responded with "uyyy", then she proceeded to tell her co-worker in Spanish that, "these people are so inconsiderate coming in before we close."
Your sandwich shop closes at 9:00PM. If you don't like people coming in 35 minutes before closing, either change your hours, lock the front door early, go home, or, better yet, just find a new job. Patty was so incredibly awful and miserably. Horrible customer service. The absolute worst.

The sub was very small. Don't have mushrooms which would be great on a cheesesteak sub. The main problem was that I was quoted a price of $5.99 for the sub, but because you can't call in an order and have to go on an app, by the time everything was said and done, the sub costed $7.93. NOT A GOOD DEAL SUBWAY. Forced to use an app, and then are charged. You have people coming in person ordering, which I think would be worst, but yet won't take an order over phone. These places need to get a reality check. If sub was good, wouldn't have been so upset. Nothing but bread and fillers, hardly any meat and had to pick...

My fiance and I when ever we are in town in the mornings always come to this subway! Best customer service, tasty sandwiches and very clean Dine-In! The lady's are very friendly and much to what I love about subways they don't put too little toppings on the sandwiches! I'm very picky about my subways I go to where I don't have to ask for extra toppings, lol weird I know, but it's just something I really do love...
