Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Sandwiches are always made in rush as if there is a fire in the building. You have to specify to put the seasoning on the meat or else they will put it on the bread and yes it does make a difference. Below average customer service. I like my sandwich prepared with care not slapped around and abused.

11/24/2023 The service here had improved for a brief period. Still wasn’t the best but KI has limited choices and locals appreciate what we have here. Already packed up food at 8:30, puffed and blowed, clearly annoyed whenI walked it. I was asked several times what I wanted on my sandwich, since they were rushing through it and clearly not listening to me. I got outside and realized that I was charged incorrectly for my purchase. Went back to the door at 8:45, and the door was locked. A female associate came to unlock the door farthest away from me, since she was mopping thr floor to say WE ARE CLOSED. I had a coupon for a foot long so I tried one of their new subs. It consisted of chicken pieces, bacon, garlic aoli, plus your choice of fixings. I didn't care for the sandwich but I liked the garlic sauce. The workers did an excellent job of following my directions concerning the fixings and the place was clean.
