I am one to avoid posting bad reviews and especially hate being a male Karen, coming from someone who is in the food industry currently, but tonight was the nail in the coffin for this place to me.
I had gotten off a 14 hour day and wanted a milkshake but mcds was packed and the line didn’t move forever, so I went to bk, only other place near me that had milkshakes open.
I get in, I ordered at the self order kiosk and paid card. I then am waiting and then they tell me that their ice cream machine has been down all day. I told him that I would like for a refund on the milkshake since that was the main reason why I came, I would keep the burger that I ordered with it.
Supposedly he can’t offer a refund as it was a self order kiosk and I paid card. I am used to systems being wild and weird, but I’ve never heard of an instance of that. I have had issues before with them messing up orders and not having items, but the simple fact I can’t get a refund is absurd. There was no signs on the kiosk, there was no options grayed out, no signs posted anywhere on the doors or counter. The only way to have known was to ask the guy who was making the food in the back as there was no one up front to help me and the 3 other customers.
I recommend everyone, unless you’re a bk fanatic, don’t come here. Please note again I’m not a male Karen, I was audibly upset, but I never raised my voice or belittled the workers there because I understand their position.
Corporate, get your stuff together, you guys are terrible. Please read that last line as a more r rated version to...
Read morethe absolute worst burger king i've ever been too. if they get your order wrong and you take it back to be fixed the manager will give you the worst attitude ever. I also went through drive thru this morning and bought my son a small hash brown and myself a large hash brown, however they NEVER give a total at the speaker, you always have to drive to the window for it, so I did. I get up to the window and they say it's $8.50, well of course I said that's insane and asked if that was for the two hash browns and they said yes (manager standing right there next to the lady.) Well once they took my money they said "the number 8 meal" of course I said "no, two hash browns" which I had already stated when giving them my money. So I was charged for a number 8 meal anyways. Once I told them it was wrong a SECOND time, they gave me my $4 back. But if y'all had people that actually cared about their jobs, or a manager that actually listened then I wouldn't have to pretty much tell you that you're charging me for something completely different then what I originally ordered. I'll go to Denton or Easton...
Read morePoor service by manager and staff. Came in for a quick bite and manager and the two young males were standing around talking.. person taking my order barely paid attention. I ended up just getting an order of nuggets. They had the audacity to sell me non fresh nuggets. It bad enough they charge so much for just a couple pieces of nuggets..the least they could do is give you hot fresh food. Young white male manager seemed annoyed that I wanted fresh nuggets. Then they gave me only 1 sauce for my order as if I got a 4pc nugget.. I asked for another sauce twice because they were clearly too busy talking to each other and they seemed to be annoyed that someone was actually asking for the actual amount of sauce that was supposed to be given for that amount of numbers. I should've expected poor service from such an empty establishment. I would literally eat grass and tree bark before I return...
