My family pulled into chick-fil-a around 9:30pm. I used to work at Chick-Fil-A so I know how it was. It was late and we were ready to go home but we were never at any time rude to customers or rolling our eyes at them. My mom started to order and we ordered at the screen. I can understand if she canāt hear clearly but my mom was speaking up and kept repeating her order. We then stood at the screen waiting for a confirmation or a repeat of our order. My mom then talked again and asked if she got the last item and if we were good to go. She says yes then we proceed to window where we encounter Jackson. He had an attitude since we got there. I understand if he was stressed, but then again itās not an excuse to take that out on anyone, coworkers, customers, or managers. We all say āthank you Jacksonā, we donāt get a response or a smile or anything. Again I understand if youāre in a rush, ready to go home, stressed, and had a long day itās tiring, but itās not a reason to be rude to my mom or my family. We then start to check our order, we ordered a market salad base-no chicken, it had chicken. We ordered an ice cream cone and a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich which was missing. We re-entered the drive thru, waited for a little then saw Jackson again. He was not happy to see us. He asks you were missing an ice cream cone right? My mom says yes and trying to talk, he starts to walk away but comes back when my mom tries to grab his attention. She explains that she was missing her sandwich, which is okay because sometimes you miss somethings but it was three things that were misplaced. He starts to walk away and she grabs his attention again. She apologizes and says sorry but we asked for a salad without chicken and we got a salad with chicken. He didnāt apologize, or do anything we were trained to do when a customer has a problem with their order. He just tells us to pull up and heāll bring it up to us. He brings it up, we all say thank you and have a good night, he walks away. And I know this is annoying from us but we ordered two large fries and they were halfway full. I walked to the drive thru again. The third time and I walk to the window and say Iām sorry but our fries werenāt really full. He starts to say I donāt know what to do so he tells his coworker, she rolls her eyes and makes an annoyed face and she looks at me. She nods her head and just gives us an extra large fry which I appreciate. I say thank you, they donāt apologize or anything. In summary I understand working at Chick-Fil-A is stressful, thereās a lot of people coming in, itās always fast paced and it can get draining, but if me or any of my coworkers ever acted that way our managers would not let that happen. Itās also not an excuse to be rude to the guests especially if youāre the one who got the order wrong. Iām writing this not for them to get fired but so another guest doesnāt have to experience what my family and I experienced...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe most efficient drive-through I've ever been in! They have two people outside taking orders. They have another person in a plastic covered Booth unsure of what her job is. And then you drive up and they have a side door that seems to be maybe for mobile orders it is connected to where they get you the food and you just continue on. I was literally maybe in line for a total of 5 minutes and they were jam-packed with at least 20 cars by the time I pulled up! Very proud of them all for working! I was told that the inside was actually open but today I need to drive through because my husband was at training and I was picking up food for us! We trying to choose Chick-fil-A because not only do they have salads still, they also are closed on Sundays and a Christian background! And we like to support Christian businesses especially the ones that are closed on sundays! Thank you for doing such a great job and training these employees and they were very well mannered as well they were all having smiles on their faces so that means that they actually enjoy their job and they're being treated fairly! Again...

I went through the drive-thru and they had a long line but they designed the drive-through to have three outside order takers who are happy to serve each and every customer that came through the drive-thru.
