Service was was terrible at this franchise had two box trucks that couldn’t fit through drive through and was refused service when trying to walk to the window due to the fact they didn’t offer mobile order or curb side so I ask to speak to the manager to see how could we order food or will y’all be just refusing to service us. Before we even spoke to manager we waited for 15 mins and then was told by hand motions to leave by another individual then I went back to the window and ask to speak to the manager again then Breona wouldn’t give me last name I ask her if they are refusing to service us and she said yes there was no leadership to help us make an order instead awaited our whole break time ended up eating at a competition McDonalds which we ended up having same problem however McDonald’s gave us a solution to take our order so 5 stars for McDonald’s and if I could give 0 stars for this Franchise I would very very bad service and not to mention before we left another worker came out...
Read morePlaced an online order assuming that I would still be able to pick it up inside. When I got to the store a sign said the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. It took 25 out of my 30 minute lunch for the store to process 5 vehicles and when I finally got to the window my food was cold. They took it back inside and "remade the order" according to the manager/employee. Well they definitely just repacked the food in a different box and tried to heat it up. The crunchy shell in my crunch wrap supreme was as soggy as it could be when i bit into it. And if it didn't take so long to get through the drive through I would have gone back up to the window and shared with them a piece of my mind and just got a refund.
If the lobby is closed then it needs to be updated on google maps because it still says it's open. Also there is no excuse to lie to a customer. I definitely won't be eating at this store again and would encourage everyone else to...

The grounds were well tended, the interior was very clean, and there was a kiosk to enter your order, which I didn't use because I need to ask questions. The young man at the counter was friendly and proficient. I asked if the tortilla chips in the Nachos were corn or wheat. The young man looked puzzled, but immediately got the manager through his headset. The answer was that every tortilla, wrap, etc. was made with wheat. I ordered a salad with rice.
The salad was disappointing. It didn't look much like the photo on the menu board. But okay, it's fast and served the purpose. It was delivered to me quickly.
I wish the owners of Taco Bell would try to upgrade the ingredients. How can wheat tortillas and yellow...
