Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

I shop at Walmart every Sunday. I do not go here due to repeated poor customer service 4 years ago. However, regrettably, I went today. I find two gentleman waiting at counter to order and no staff behind the counter. I wait a minute. Then ask the men how long they’d been there. They say 5 min or more. Now since I arrived and we wait a few more minutes, one man knocks on counter and says hello. Nothing. I lose patience. I go to the door to rear of restaurant and open it. Well. Two young ladies sitting on the food prep table Indian style with shoes on the table. Both buried in phones, both with ear phones on. I told the little princesses they had customers. It took them another 45 seconds to make it out to wait on your customers. Which I will tell you I will never be one again. Where is a manager?Who ownes/runs this joint? By the way...

My boyfriend and I were harassed and embarrassed for hugging each other by an employee during our lunch. The manager April behind the counter blatantly yelled at us across the small restaurant for "not being rated g" when we were just hugging. She basically told me that hugging is not allowed in the restaurant because it's a family restaurant. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible of her, and she completely disregarded the fact that she had no idea what we were doing. She has been rude on other occasions where she has served us, such as being condescending and rude with how she speaks and criticizing our choices. She never seems happy when she takes our orders and is very blatant about it. I never said anything about it because it was a simple transaction and we were on our way with our days. Haven't been here for a while but now they have a metal shield where you can't see the food I did not like that at all. I don't know if it was fresh or not and to me it was like they were trying to cover something up. I prefer to see the food and I doubt that I will go back. My food actually was not that great and I don't think I'll go back there. The waitress was too fast and I felt rushed and there was nobody waiting behind me. I got the footlong pretzel which was so hard I couldn't even eat it so basically I threw my money away.I will never get another one. And I doubt that I will go back unless they remove that shield. That's just not good business...
